Roger that. Evolutionists must believe in spontaneous generation, that lifeless chemicals thrown together create themselves into life. That’s something Pasteur refuted about 100 years ago. Even the most “simple” stupendously complex cell couldn’t have created itself. That’s laughable. Forming even 1 usable protein via random processes has been likened to a solar system full of blind men all simultaneously solving the Rubik’s Cube. Yet they must believe, calling God a liar in the process.
Oh please ~ it’s painfully obvious that your precious theory depends upon all life forms gaining genetic information by mere random chances/changes. Your precious theory is falling apart as you continue to whine ‘it’s not fair’ and stomp your feet. Do some math for starters.

Sure it’s possible that life forms were changed by the Fall.
But is there any indication that’s what actually happened?
Augustine addressed this in the 4th century. I’ll see if I can dig up his opinion on this.
My “precious theory” does not depend on life forms gaining genetic information in all circumstances. It certainly doesn’t have a problem with a parasite relying on its hosts for some functions and therefore losing its own genes that governed those functions before.
Here’s the thing: I understand that you and ICR don’t accept the theory of evolution. What I don’t understand is why ICR consistently lies about what the theory says and what new scientific discoveries mean, and why people like you defend its lies. They want to assert that the loss of genetic info in one or two cases proves something about universal genetic entropy since the Fall? Fine, make that argument. They don’t need to add the false claim that the ToE doesn’t allow for the loss of genes.
Every dog and cat I know eats grass. If I were as smart as the creator, knowing there was going to be a time that they needed those teeth and horns, why not prepare them? They won’t need them again once the Messiah returns to rule, so if you survive the tribulation you will get to see. Also, I think when He does rule again and earth is again at peace, lions and lambs, people will live to be 800 years old? I’m going to plant a Sequoia and take a picture of it once a month. The future is my place of peace. Every renaissance of man has been a dark age.
Eat it sure. Can they survive on it? Cats have to turn their heads to eat grass because they don't have flat incisors like horses or cows. Their canines get in the way. They don't have flat molars either, so grinding grass up is extremely difficult. Every time my cat puked up grass the blades were practically whole. All not good for an ostensible herbivore.
Find me the skeleton of a cat with a ruminant's dentition and you'll convince me. Otherwise, that's a mighty transformation to pack into the Fall. I think it's just easier to limit the effect of the Fall to human death rather than animal death.
Well, He’s got a plan. Could be veggies. Our old english shepherd loved eating the green beans off the vine, too. They like pears. I don’t know, yet. It’s fun to think about though. I wonder if fish are included.
I’m sure it would be mere child’s play for the One True God who wrote the billions upon billions of lines of DNA code to re-write it once again [or once before?] or even just do a reset to the initial good or perfect conditions He declared on the 7th day of creation.
Who are we, mere puny humans, to argue with the Almighty God or declare anything impossible/improbable?!?!
