The New Georgia Project, a group currently under investigation for “significant illegal activities” regarding voter-registration applications, began handing over subpoenaed documents on Friday, and says it’s reached an agreement to limit the scope of the documents it’s required to turn over.
Georgia secretary of state Brian Kemp launched the investigation of the New Georgia Project earlier this month after receiving “numerous” complaints regarding applications submitted by the group, including forged signatures and applications. The investigation has turned up 33 fraudulent applications thus far, ahead of the thousands of pages of documents set to be turned over. The group is run by a close ally and campaign confidante of Democratic Senate candidate Michelle Nunn, state-house minority leader Stacy Abrams.
Kemp’s office says it’s not aware of any deal to limit what documents will have to be handed over. “The scope [of the investigation] has not been limited,” Kemp’s spokesman told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “This is just the beginning.”
The secretary of state’s office maintains it still requests all of the group’s documents and will seek a judge’s order if it fails to comply.
This seems to be happening all over the country now.
Which, vote-rigging or the investigation of vote-rigging ?
I am kind of surprised that the investigations are even happening. Wasn’t there a woman from Mass or something also accused of vote fraud?

It’s more than a dozen years late. Bush’s DOJ should have been all over it given all the FL shenanigans in 2000, but he didn’t get it about that, and many other things.
This is part of the Country wide attempt to hold on to power by the dims. I suspect it is being orchestrated by elements inside the regime with white hut oversight. Georgia is fortunate to have a vigilant Attorney General.

The USA needs to go to the ink finger system of voting. Of course then, the cheating dems would figure out some way to clean every trace of it off so they could go vote several times.
If I recall, his efforts were stymied by the Democrates when Alberto Gonzales tried to fire some federal attorneys who were dragging their feet on voter fraud cases.

Hah, this group will be so tied up in document production, they won’t have any time left to cheat and pack the voter roles with fraudulent voters. Love it. Serves them right bigtime.
