Obama Sees an Iran Deal That Could Avoid Congress
NY Times ^

Posted on 10/19/2014 6:29:42 PM PDT by Perdogg

No one knows if the Obama administration will manage in the next five weeks to strike what many in the White House consider the most important foreign policy deal of his presidency: an accord with Iran that would forestall its ability to make a nuclear weapon. But the White House has made one significant decision: If agreement is reached, President Obama will do everything in his power to avoid letting Congress vote on it.

No agreement with Iran is worth a teaspoon of salt. It will simply be a deceptive measure that causes more of the delay Iran needs to be a nuclear war power.

In the space of a week, Obama referred publicly to it on two occasions.

“The supreme leader has issued a fatwa against the development of nuclear weapons,” he said during his address at the U.N. General Assembly on Sept. 24.

“Iran’s supreme leader has issued a fatwa against the development of nuclear weapons,” Obama told reporters after the phone call three days later, described as the first direct communication between sitting U.S. and Iranian presidents since the 1979 Islamic revolution.

The thing to do is to loudly and consistently tie politicians and journalists to the name Obama.

Make it part of the record, and make it undeniable.

People must be held accountable.

Why would anyone think this would encourage people to go to the polls and vote for the Regime?

I would think ObOzO voters would assume the OdumBO has taken care of everything, nothing remains to be done. Anything to the contrary would imply lack of faith in the One.

Well, I suppose that Iran will no longer be a threshold state but will bow another nuclear power. Way to go O.

He’s also getting paid. One of Obama, Hillary and John Kerry’s campaign donors was a pro-regime, anti sanctions Iranian-American Hassan Nemazee who bilked Citibank in a $4292 million fraud case. There’s some big oil interests too who are likely willing to offer payola.

So much for that Saudi thing; everything he’s done so far has been pro Iran.

Remember he also helped the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood. Egypt’s MB is very close to Iran, as is Zawahiri the fellow who replaced bin Laden at the helm of al Qaeda thanks to that stunt with the SEALs. Zawahiri is related by marriage to some of the Iranian mullahs. And it id thought Iran was behind the attack on the US ambassador and the CIA outpost in Benghazi as well. The violent protests which erupted at our embassy in Cairo, in Sudan and elsewhere [very much like the coordinated attacks on our embassies in 1979] acted as a diversion to draw our attention away from the CIA station in Benghazi ... were organized by a group headed by Zawahiri’s brother Mohammed Zawahiri.
The salafists do not like mainstream sunnis all that much and will coordinate with Iranian Shiites and reds if need be to get power.

Obama's alleged pal was Khalid al Mansour... who denies it; the story comes from Percy Sutton who is now deceased and was promoted by a reporter named Vernon Jarrett in Chicago who just happens to be a relative of Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett. Now recall what country Valerie Jarrett is most associated with? And Valerie is the leader of the Obama admin negotiations with Iran.

I can see why the Iranians would like to make Obama's opponents think he is a Saudi tool and not an Iranian one- it hurts the Saudis and strengthens Iran's hand in getting sanctions lifted. But it wasn't a Saudi who got caught ripping off Citibank while working as a big bundler for Obama and a host of Democrats, maybe even a RINO or two. It also explains why Obama talked tough about Syria but never once made a move against Assad. It also explains why the Demovcratst, including Pelosi and Kerry were firmly kissing Assad's ass during the Bush admin, why Obama's bundler Jodie Evans of Code pink was delivering Iranian regime docs to Obama and acting as Ahmadinejad's whore, and why sge and her ilk were involved with the Gaza Flotilla and with undermining Mubarak in Egypt.

Companies doing business with Iran that want sanctions lifted, also nifty trick to make it appear the Obama admin is imposing more sanctions rather than easing them:

Note Suzanne Rice deal with Turkey- Turkey wants proof we are going after Assad but Obama admin and Iran want Assad to remain... even if it means cutting the arms supply to Saddam’s opponents , with the help of Iran and a released terrorist, to deliberately render a covert US operation in Benghazi defenseless that may have been a key to fighting Iran and Hezbollah’s ally Assad.
