Happy Election Day everyone! I figured I'd go ahead and get the election day thread started. Polls open on the east coast in a little less than an hour.

With 68% of the country thinking we're going in the wrong direction, you have to hope many dems in that group will vote a straight R ticket.

Being pro life is not something that is going to kill your campaign in VA. Actually, for a gop person here its pretty much expected. So given that Gillespie is a Roveian, is there something there to recommend him? If confronted with an opportunity to push for life, is he just going to fold like a cheap suit?

Im honestly looking for a reason to vote for him. He’s meh on guns. An establishment darling and a friend of rove. If all we get out of him is yet another establishment puke in the mcconnell mold, then Im not going to bother.

I voted, here is the order I used to determine who to vote for:

• Tea Party
• Republican
• Libertarian
• Socialist
• Communist
• Murderous Dictator
• Democrat

Very few people at my poll which kind of worries me ...

I still havent voted. I woke up this morning firm in the conviction that Gillespie was another establishment puke that wasnt worth my time. Then i noticed that there was a referendum i wanted to oppose.

Denver County has at least 100,000 more residents than Jefferson or Arapahoe. Quite stunning early vote numbers if that’s the case.

We have had a very high turnout here. Very high. I was #832 at 12:30, Murrysville, Westmorland County PA. We will definitely exceed all previous elections.

Rove is the epitome of the establishment. He's all GWB Republican's / Rhino's and an enemy of the Tea Party. But here's my advice, we're about the lose the country, the Rhino's can have their arms twisted to vote conservative, so go vote. We need your vote man! You can go home afterwords and cry in the shower repeating "I feel so dirty ..." but we need your vote right now ...
