Simply, no - Obama was elected because he was black - it was cool to vote for him, a cult of personality thing like your ninth grade student government elections - not only will blacks not turn out in droves for a non-black, but by now they’re pretty disillusioned with government’s promises and likely will tunr out in low numbers in the future - bad news for the ‘rats....
