In July, former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin wrote a widely-publicized op-ed for Breitbart News. “Enough is enough of the years of abuse from this president,” she wrote. “Without borders, there is no nation. Obama knows this. Opening our borders to a flood of illegal immigrants is deliberate. This is his fundamental transformation of America.” Then, she dropped the bomb: “It’s time to impeach; and on behalf of American workers and legal immigrants of all backgrounds, we should vehemently oppose any politician on the left or right who would hesitate in voting for articles of impeachment.”
Believe it or not, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) had actually suggested impeachment even earlier, this time over the Bowe Bergdahl prisoner swap, in which the Obama administration freed five top-level Taliban terrorists in exchange for the alleged deserter. He stated, “There will be people on our side calling for his impeachment if he did that.” And Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) said in March that Obama could be up for impeachment if he continued his “unconstitutional approaches” to immigration reform and Obamacare.
But it was Palin’s comments that drove ire. At the time, Palin’s critics leapt on the comments to suggest that Republicans more broadly were planning impeachment; House Speaker John Boehner immediately fired back, stating that he disagreed with Palin on impeachment.
There were some who defended Palin’s position – Mark Levin explained, “our country is being destroyed….Here’s the dead truth. Obama should be impeached, but he won’t be impeached. Obama should be impeached if the Republicans take the Senate, but he won’t be impeached if the Republicans take the Senate. Obama has committed high crimes and misdemeanors by violating the constitution.”

If you have actual DATA on Mitt that shows he could not be influenced to more good than what Barack was able to be influenced too.. then present it. (BTW, Mitt was not my primary preference)

I agree with you. I have prayed about elections and have received discouraging answers, yet I continue in both prayer and political advocacy. It’s all we can do. Thank you for being on FR.
It’s all counting with the Lord, every tear shed, every word begged from the heart. Sometimes He makes room for a bigger challenge in order to gather together a greater effort to meet it.

Impeachment is a fantasy...Even with a majority in both houses...
These republicans (leadership) will not go thru with it...This is all designed to soften the extreme right wing conservatives and get them back in line before too much distraction occurs and they cannot capitulate even more as a majority party in both houses...
If anyone believes this new congress will do anything to correct the problems created since 2006...

Just remember the money has already been spent, the system, however flawed it is, is in work, how well/poorly it works is a moot point...And more money is being spent and collected in tax revenue (since before the ink dried on that bill) is ready to be thrown at it...

I remember a thread from maybe ten months ago, where someone was talking about planning a sustained Ten Million Patriot protest in DC.
Do you remember seeing it?
A lot of hearts were quickened, but talk of putting it together died off and people soon forgot about it. I think it's still the best hope we have of stopping the madness before we run out of peaceful alternatives.
We can't be the only ones in America who've come to the same conclusion.

It didn’t have a central subject, or theme. It was long before Obama threatened to EO amnesty. This is a new time, and amnesty of 15-20 million people will destroy the country.
Chain migration will make it 60-80 million poor, unskilled welfare recipients. Obama’s “scorched earth” will be realized.
