Received a message this morning requesting a repeat of the National Day of Protest against amnesty that was held a couple of months ago. I'm all for it, but think this time it should be entitled, "National Day of Reckoning!" and should be repeated weekly for the duration.
FR was instrumental in leading the fight for impeachment against the criminal Clinton. Well, Clintoon was a piker compared to our new tyrant. As much as the Republicans fear impeaching our first black president, I'm afraid it must be done. The Constitution demands it!!
We cannot cower in fear as our wannabe dictator burns down our Republic. Amnesty by executive decree lights the fuse to final and total destruction of our Constitution and our beloved Republic if allowed to stand.
ObamaCare by hook and crook was bad enough. Conspiracy, lying, cover-up and treason in Fast & Furious and Benghazi was way over the top. Politicizing the IRS, EPA, DHS, etc, are impeachable offenses. Even the Democrats agree (Nixon). Wholesale spying on the people is an impeachable offense. But now after we the people through our elected representatives have soundly rejected every attempt at amnesty by both parties for over a decade if Obama decrees amnesty by executive order, he is definitely declaring war on we the people and has criminal intent on destroying the Constitution and our Republic.
The only valid constitutional remedy for an obviously out of control criminal president is impeachment!!
Empty threats of defunding or lawsuits are worthless. Articles of impeachment detailing the president's many crimes and misdemeanors must be drawn up and brought to a vote. If so, the House has no choice but to impeach.
Then we the people must work like hell during the next two months to convince enough Democrat and RINOs in the Senate to convict and remove. It can and shall be done. Articles of impeachment now, trial and removal by the Senate in January.
Like the man said, this one is for all the marbles. Damn the political torpedoes, full speed ahead!!
Call, email, write, visit your congressmen and senators!! The usurper must be impeached and removed for his blatant high crimes and treason against the Constitution, the Republic and We the People!!

Why cannot the Congress constitute a temporary tribunal inferior only to the US Supreme Court to review the legitimacy of these presidential amnesty actions?
What if they rule them illegitimate given the law?
What if the Scotus is asked for a stay in implementation of these presidential actions until the special Congressional Tribunal hears the case?
Why is this NOT permissible when the Constitution clearly gives Congress the power to institute these special tribunals?
Can any lawyers here explain why this is not a possible course of action?
Now, more than ever, we need to demand that our congressmen heed our conservative will. If they don’t they face dismissal in 2016.

I just called Bonehead’s sorry office and asked, “What price was he paid to sell out his country? He could be threatening to draw up Articles of Impeachment, at the very least! Saying we may not fund this or that, isn’t cutting it, anymore!!”
Then, I said, “We know this is all cover for ALL DC Reps — to give Big $$/COC their d@mned amnesty — and no one will have a vote on record. COWARD!!”

Impeach him and tell anyone who lifts a finger to implement/enforce this law that they will be impeached or arrested too because they are actually breaking the law if they do!
If a crazy person in an asylum said they are Napoleon and are the ruler of the world, and “enacted” some laws, we would put them in a straightjacket and ignore any insane thing they said. If anyone tried to follow and enforce the so-called laws, those persons would be breaking the legally enacted laws already passed by valid legislation. We need to make it clear that any immigration official who does not follow the clear law as passed BY CONGRESS, is guilty of violating the federal law of the land and is liable for arrest and/or impeachment.
I believe the thing to do is to ignore any laws pronounced by this crazy man who has no valid power to create a law out of thin air, just as we would ignore the pronouncments of someone who claims to be king of the world.
But we do NOT ignore anyone under him who attempts to enforce it! Go after the enforcers.
I’m not saying don’t impeach Obama - I think we should. But while that is in the works, we need to be arresting ANYONE who follows an invalid/illegal law that has never been passed by Congress. Go for the underlings while we go after the tyrant!

I called my Democrat Senators and told the idiots that answered to tell the Senator thank you for allowing Obama to set a precedent and that I can’t wait until we have a Republican President so they can just do whatever they want.

While this effort is going on and underway, a discussion needs to be had about what will be required of us if the Oligarchy in D.C. answers our demand for redress and repeated petitions with further injury.
I am convinced that a lawless oligarchy and regime is NEVER going to accede to either the will of the people or the rule of law it has decided is null and void.
Neither do I have confidence in the institutions and Parties to do their duty to the Constitution because they have been corrupted into working only for their own power.
If anything, this effort needs to be attempted, so as to showcase efforts were made before having to do what is necessary to preserve what is left of our liberty.

I'm not a lawyer, but I can explain why that is not a possible course of action.
There is NO WILLPOWER from the Oligarchy and their leadership to do such a thing, inasmuch as they have told us that "Impeachment is off the table".

Personally I believe we’ve passed the point of simple impeachment.
You start impeachment and his little foreign army, which is what the illegals are, will have every city in the US burning before he can be removed.
He’ll then have the military in the streets following his orders.
It’s time for Congress to declare this an insurrection and call forth the militia to Execute the laws of the Union, suppress the insurrection, and repel invasion.
Notify Biden and the rest of the dems they can call on Obama to vacate the office or use Article 25 of the Bill of Rights to remove him and if they don’t they will be considered part of the insurrection.
Let the jug eared clown try and use the US Military against the Citizen Militia congress has called forth to put down the insurrection and the military will turn against him.
