Local radio hosts in Louisiana mocked Sen. Mary Landrieu for giving a poor interview immediately after having the embattled Democrat on the air on Wednesday.

During an interview on 710 KEEL News Radio in Shreveport, La., conducted by Robert Wright and Erin McCarty, Landrieu continued her drum beat for the last week of the runoff election by answering every question with accusations against her opponent Rep. Bill Cassidy and his medical work at LSU. ....

Can’t wait for her to retire to the dustbin of history where she belongs.

She looks tired and ready to move on. The voters of LA will assist her to that regard.

I’ve been voting against this pig for 18 years. Today is finally here.

Democrats don’t believe in truth. Truth is whatever they feel like saying at the moment.

The treasure trove of "The Midterm Democrat Demolition Derby" (and down-ticket state wins) have yet to be fully- mined, but this we know:

<><> midterms were a massive and awesome rejection of liberals

<><> Democrat losses stretch from the Carolinas westward to Texas

<><> As Landrieu's loss looms, Southern Democrats control not a single governorship, US senator or legislative chamber.

<><> Of the 140 Southern States election districts---110 went Republican.

<><> the GOP's majority in the House will be so big and solid NBC's Chuck Todd says Democrats can't recapture losses until 2022.

<><> Some pundits say Republicans have a 100-year majority;

<><> When the next Senate convenes, 29 lock-stepping Democrats who voted for Obamacare will be gone.

<><> Even Arkansas and Illinois (Clinton hometowns) have Repub governors---important in a prez race since guvs control party machinery.

<><> MINN's 6th Congressional district was unprecedented---every single House and Senate district went Repub---the GOP now controls the MINN State House.

I’m wondering if she’s gonna officially move out of her mom’s basement when she loses tonight.

I just hope the voters don’t get over-confident and stay home and/or not be vigilant against fraud.

re: As Landrieu’s loss looms, Southern Democrats control not a single governorship, US senator or legislative chamber

Not to quibble, but the Democrats are responsible for Cochran's reelection in Mississippi. They just may call in their chips when the going gets rough.
Plus the fact THAT I do not think there has not been a "Southern" Democrat elected to national office or Governor elected for a long time. Just Progressive Democrats. I don't know who I trust the least, Democrats or the GOPe.
But I do know the next few years are going to be interesting. I sure hope I live long enough to see the outcome.

Years of lying about her opponent and being bailed out by the liberal media coming to a halt. Louisiana is making a hard right turn politically and with the exception of new Orleans it is casting the liberals aside...good riddance to one of the most useless politicians to come down the pike.

Too bad ALL the states don’t have the good sense of the South and Southwest. The Blue Pig states are still hoping that there will be a little federal government slop in the trough for them to buy votes with in the next election.

They haven’t figured out yet that having an $18 TRILLION debt means the government is stinking broke, and their children and grandchildren and generations that follow them will have to struggle with the hot checks written by the Congresses of the past three decades. But Leftists in these ignorant Democrat states call Southerners “stupid.”

Yes they need to get out and cast that vote if they didn’t do during early voting. This is
the only statewide race on the ballot for some areas. There are two congressional
district runoff and a few local elections. Hopefully the voters will get out and retire Mary.

Don't worry. I am sure she gone the La. dim way by lining her pockets on the way out. Also add a cush job as a lobbyist for one of her left wing causes, and Ms. Piggy could buy out Kermit and make him her love slave.

Mary probably already has the Uhaul loaded so she can pull out for her $2.5 million Capitol Hill (Washington, DC) home as soon as the race is called.

She could be on the road as early as 9:00 p.m. tonight.

The GOP may control the Minn State House, but they still have the wacky Al Franken as their Senator and that “dolt” Dayton as Gov.

Voter fraud—Dems first and last resort.

And the nice thing is Franken is relegated to showing up voting “no” and crying in his beer as a loser.
