Bratton: Cops shouldn’t have turned backs on de Blasio
NY Post ^ | December 22, 2014 | David K. Li

EXCERPT

Commissioner Bill Bratton acknowledged that de Blasio has lost support of some police.

“I don’t think it (the hallway protest) was appropriate, particularly in that setting, but it’s reflective of the anger of some of them,” Bratton told NBC’s “Today” show.

(snip)

“I don’t know that an apology is necessary,” he said. “One of the things, a concern at the moment, is this issue is really starting to go down partisan lines, Republican-Democrat. This is something that should be bringing us all together, not taking us apart.”

Talk to your stupid boss about that Bill. He’s the one stoking the division.

Bratton is another political hack.

Don’t diss New York cops. I remember when they closed down a coffee shop near the Police Academy because the owner complained about their illegal parking.

He’s right, they should have all walked out and let him fend for himself.

Bratton may be trying to defuse things but it might be too late for that. Also I believe that De Blasio has lost the support of a great deal of the Police Department regardless of what Bratton says. It’s all Toxic now and wait until the funerals, will De Blasio and the idiots from the city counsel show up and then what??????

Sure, that is what someone in his position is supposed to say.

Hopefully Bratton gets his head out of his orifice and realizes he needs to protect the people of New York more than he needs to protect the marxist agitator.

Funny, the higher you go the yellower they get. Could it perhaps, just maybe, because he wants to keep his high paying job?

Wiki: “The Commissioner is appointed by the Mayor, and serves at the Mayor’s pleasure.”

“One of the things, a concern at the moment, is this issue is really starting to go down partisan lines, Republican-Democrat. This is something that should be bringing us all together, not taking us apart.”

Dems always expect us to “come together” when it is their necks on the line.

When something real bad happens as a result of their policies and actions we are not supposed to point to the policies they embrace and actions they have sponsored, that have lead up to the calamity. No, we are supposed to all hold hands in a Kumbaya Moment and mourn the tragic outcome.

In other words, give cover to their despicable stupid behavior...just like the complicit blood thirsty craven media does.

No Thank You! Own it Rat Bastards!

No, it's pulling Democrats apart.

Police chiefs across the country....are they ALL compromised? In Cleveland this weekend, the Ferguson riot squad bussed itself up here, they got out of control but not to the Ferguson level, and the police chief is bragging that nobody was arrested.

The thugs and the outside agitators enabling them should've been put in jail until they were put back on their bus, non stop trip back to Ferguson.

JMHO

Horse crap. They should have put him under arrest and locked him up. They should have told him that they will not respond to any threats on his life. They should declare “blue flu” for an appropriate mourning period. And his police security detail should refuse to serve him any more.

Mayor de Blasio needs to step down, and I am please the Police Officers used a non verbal way to address their feelings.....the police have feelings too. How do you object to the a$@)e who dissed you publicly and helped Sharpton and the protestors instead of NYPD.

APOLOGIZE...NOT NO BUT #@LL NO!!
