President Barack Obama has struggled with sagging approval ratings over the last year, but the commander-in-chief's numbers may have dropped further among active-duty troops.
Just 15% of active-duty servicemembers gave Obama a thumbs up in the annual Military Times survey and more than half -- 55% -- say they disapprove of Obama's job as commander-in-chief.
Troop morale has slumped during the Obama administration, falling to 56% this year from 91% who were satisfied with their quality of life in 2009.

No kidding. Just before I retired the clintoon was elected and it just made retiring a little sweeter to not serve any longer than possible under that bastard. We though he was bad but I can’t imagine what the current force has to put up with.

Our military is willing to fight for our freedom, not socialism, plain and simple. Would you put yourself or order others into harms way to support a guy whose intent is to invoke a communist regime into power? America is waking up and is not dead yet.
There is another digit that I’m sure they’d love to give him.
Eh, I think many of the remaining Obama enthusiasts are the service members who have 4 children by 3 different fathers. Eliminating conscription has forced the military to tolerate things that never would have been in the past.
