My gut feeling when this second thing came down is that it was linked to the first being created as an “insurance card” for the two terrorists at the other scene.

NO the third man was an 18 yr old already in custody...this is the fourth man, unseen by camera at Charlie Hebdo massacre...possibly who the brother was signaling right before he got into the get away car driven by the 18 yr old.
I knew the names, but less confusion the way I described it to the people I was commenting to.
When I say the fourth man, that is my opinion, and not yet established....I say it because they found the two brothers DNA at an apartment along with the black muslim in the photo....don’t know about female DNA.
Anyway it will get sorted out in few days. Small terrorist cells are usually 7-8 people, at most 9. So this accounts for 5 people, so where are the others? Yet to appear, gone underground, or what next?

The French newscaster referred to Amedy Coulibaly as the “third man” , citing info from the police.
French authorities need to be on guard for more asymmetric attack(s) while they are occupied with these standoffs. This could be a diversion.
People are wary this could be “spontaneous”, maybe some sort of trouble could spring up in Marseille or some city.
The National Front may have had some anti-semitism but may be trying to get away from that image.

Back around 1975 the first Mini-14s hit the market and I bought one. Suddenly they completely disappeared from the US market and I found later almost all of them were being sent to FRANCE for police use.
I remember seeing on TV some French riot police back in the late 1970s using Mini-14s.
The first mini-14s had lots of faults which were fixed with subsequent models.
