There most certainly are problems between Christians and militant Hindus and Buddhists.

Re: Pan Am 93. I think you meant Pan Am (Clipper) 103. I was a JFK-based Flight Engineer on the 747 with Pan Am, at the time. I flew that route one week after the Lockerbie bombing. Pan Am had quickly changed the route number from 103 to 113. The company lost 3/4 of it’s North Atlantic passengers overnight, which was about 50% (or more) of its revenue. The company bled cash for a couple of years after that. The US-Europe passengers never came back. The company went out of business in December of ‘91, putting something like 20,000 employees out of work. Many were older and couldn’t find new jobs (Eastern Airlines and Midway Airlines went out of business the same year, causing a huge glut of older pilots and other airline employees). Quite a few committed suicide. So, there were a lot more casualties than just the passengers and crew of the downed aircraft.
