Churches Burned and Shops Raided in Charlie Hebdo Protests in West Africa Demonstrators in Niger attacked the French cultural center, set fire to churches and raided Christian shops on Friday, as protests erupted against Charlie Hebdo's cartoons in several Muslim West African countries.

Police in Niger's southern city of Zinder, the second largest in Niger, fired tear gas at a crowd of hundreds of people who burned French flags and tires in the streets. "The protesters are crying out in local Hausa language: 'Charlie is Satan — let hell engulf those supporting Charlie,'" said Aboubacar Mamane, a shopkeeper, by telephone. Witnesses said the demonstrators ransacked the French cultural center and the homes of police officers.

Staff of the satirical French weekly, which had angered Muslims by publishing images of the Prophet Muhammad, were shot dead by Islamist gunmen in Paris last week.

Yes. Now it will come out, full force. They think they have the cover of being offended to do their Christian killing.

Yet we will sit and listen, night after night, to the spreaders of nonsense on our televisions, reminding us again and again that these millions of rabid “extremists” have nothing to do with islam.

There is no way to remove this from the world now - there’s too many of them and they now live among us in large numbers. God help us.

The Point of the Sword (POS) of islam must be having their funding cut back with the fall of the price of oil. They’ve got to do as much as they can as quick as they can while they can still make payroll. Plus supplies are going to be harder to come by with less funding. We won’t see the pay masters cutback on their lifestyles.

Nothing to do with Islam. It’s just a small isolated minority of extremists. It’s a perversion of Islam, told to us by people who know nothing about Islam, but are our betters so we ought to listen to them. Etc, etc., we know the drill, we’ve heard it a hundred times.

Does anyone else get the filling that the political class in the West is about to suffer a loss of credibility on the level of that which happened during WWI? The are simply ridiculous.

Somehow, I think that Africa based its city building plans on how folks do it in Detroit.

Rand Slams Congress for Funding Egypt's Generals: 'How Does Your Conscience Feel Now?'
Sen. Rand Paul is hammering his fellow senators for keeping billions in financial aid flowing to Egypt's military -- even as Cairo's security forces massacre anti-government activists. [by "anti-government activists" is meant church-burning Christian-murdering jihadists]

One more reason tax resistance is legitimate, and payment is a question of prudence only, not of obligation.

Niger is right next to Nigeria where Boko Haram kills people by the thousands. I say these idiots in Niger just wanted a reason to persecute Christians and riot.
