Prosecutors in southern France say five Russians from the Chechnya region have been detained on suspicion of preparing an attack.

Local prosecutor Yvon Calvet said the suspects were detained January 19 in the town of Beziers near the Mediterranean coast, around 70 kilometers from Montpellier.

French media reports say the five are also suspected of hiding a cache of explosives that was found near a stadium in Beziers

Wouldn’t it make more sense to call “five russians from the chechnya region” five chechens?

The Paris prosecutor’s office said the four, who would be the first to face charges in the case, are suspected of providing logistical support to Amedy Coulibaly.

Probably more like the French actually arrested THEIR Tsarnaev brothers when the Russians tipped them off. Unlike our “leaders”.

Most sense to say, “five Muslims”. That is the only identifier that matters.

That depends on what political angle you're trying to sell. If you want to pretend the policy critique offered by the Front National is invalid, that there is no problem with mass immigration from Muslim lands, and into the bargain get a free propaganda point against Russia's resistance to "the European project", then "five Russians from the Chechnya region" makes perfect sense.

They are not really Russians.

You mean that they are not citizens of the Russian Federation?

I think that you and some of the posters here are diverting from the main question: Was the Russian administration involved in what happened in Paris?

Russia has a long history of control over Islamic terrorist organizations. The presence of individuals from Russia, even Chechens who have also been used in other Russian conflicts, is immediate cause for suspicion.

Russia has an interest in such terrorist attacks— they take attention away from Russian terrorism in Ukraine, and they strengthen Russia’s front parties in Europe. Russia has been working hard to infiltrate and control the faux-Right wing in Europe. They already control the Communist parties.

They are not really Russians.

This does not stop them from fighting Russia's wars, such as in Ukraine:

That's not to say that all Chechens are made equal. Kadyrov is Putin's Islamic king-pin in Chechnya who is even working right now to apply Shariah Law to his land in between naming buildings after Vladimir Putin and delivering 99 percent of the vote for Putin's party. He and his troops are Putin's puppets.

Other Chechens are fighting against Kadyrov and the Russian regime, and are even doing so to aid the Ukrainians.

It is strange, therefore, when there are Chechens traveling to other countries out of Russia, a KGB-state, and waging war on the Frenchies, instead of on the occupying regime in Chechnya or other areas where the Russians are causing havoc.

It is in Russia's interest that terrorist attacks occur in Western countries, as I briefly explained in my other post.

The Russian/FSB/SVR connection to Charlie Hebdo

Your logic leads to the idea of the CIA's/FBI's connections to the ISIS.

1. American nationals fight alongside ISIS

2. CIA's duties are analogical to the SVR, FBI's - to the FSB.

==>

CIA and FBI have connection to ISIS. .
