Bump that. If you take each item of what this Bozo is doing and apply a hypothetical posit of "extend this to it's logical end", the results will be obvious. For examples:
Fast and furious: All so-called assault weapons will be banned.
Eric Holder and the Ferguson protests: Racial riots across the US and the cops are getting annihilated.
Obamacare: Single payer system.
Obama executive amnesty: Foreign invasion, swamping of the system and the ballot box, Amnesty 2,3,4 and 5.
IRS targeting: No political opposition for fear of ruination by the IRS.
National Debt: Making sure that when a financial collapse happens, it will be astronomically compounded and drawn out for decades.
Gay marriage: Obama position would codify "gay rights" with the aim of damaging the social values.
Iran nuclear treaty: World War III
Need I go on? This is an all out attack on the USA at our culture, politics, borders and military. It smacks of communism.

If the judical _and_ legislative branch will not stand up to the run-away executive, then they should be recussed; go home; get the heck out of the way. We need congressmen and judges who will fight for their leg of three legged USG.
The 2/3s threshold to convict and remove an impeached President is in the constitution, not the Senate rules.
