If you are basing your timeline on the video. the guy who shot the video says that he didn’t start filming the video until after the struggle when Scott ran.
Again, the foot pursuit only lasts about 30-50 seconds before the first shot was fired. That would make it impossible for a fight to last two minutes long as you suggested.
A two minute long fight didn’t happen.
The audio was from the cop, who was transmitting it back to the police vehicle from the foot pursuit. I assume it’s why when he started to get out of transmit range the audio started breaking.
There was no two minute long fight between these two as you suggested. If a timeline which confirms a two minute long fight exists, I would like to see the link to that.

BTW, based on the dash-cam vid/audio and the cell camera video, they should be able to establish nearly exactly how many seconds transpired from the initial traffic stop foot pursuit until the first shot was fired. I’m guessing the entire foot pursuit from start until shot fired was less than 60 seconds.
The article says the guy had a good job and he lost it when they arrested him for not paying child support. He wasn’t able to get a decent job after that. I know people who have been through this. Actually, they never get through it. He’s probably so far in debt, he doesn’t care anymore. This stuff really happens. Yeh, he probably is making money off the record someway, but you don’t know how he’s doing it.
The time line given on Conservstive Treehouse goes through all available video and have timed the struggle at right at two minutes. That’s what they have concluded and it is all noted in a very lengthy breakdown using several screen shots and sections of the video with accompianing narrative.
All of the timelines are determined by video clips that are shown and narrated on Conservative Treehouse, incliuding the section where they conclude that the struggle lasted almost two minutes.
That would put the last shot @ 62 seconds.

That was just my estimate of the foot pursuit from beginning to first shot. Only an estimate.
She and the secret judges who sent him to jail in secret should be hung for this killing.
I wasn’t really speaking to the timeline, just the fact that he shot eight times in approximately two seconds.
I would expect that from a civilian who was facing an onrushing threat, but not from a cop facing the fat backside of a 51 year-old petty criminal.
Supported the kids would be one thing, but this $$$ goes directly to the mom for anything she wants to spend it on, as a payoff for getting knocked up.
DNA dad's have tried to tell the Stalinist family courts that the mother is spending the $$$ on other stuff, booze, lottery tickets, boyfriends, .... and the secret courts have told them its none of their business how she spends their paycheck.
If the courts forced her to spend it on the kids, and show proof, theny your premises would be true, but as it stans its completely false.
For example, many times these Marxist family courts have made men give the women this $$$ even after finding out that they are not even the father.
They have also awarded the whore the child support after the kids are over 21 and independent.
Its evil to bribe women to be single mom's like this.
Sorry, I don’t know how to edit and isolate sections of the video and text. I can tell you that it is quite far down in the analysis on Conservative Treehouse.
Of course a man should only support a child that is his by birth ot legal adoption. However to eliminate all child support may sound good to you but what about the mothers who do care for their children using support. You sound as if you have had a bad deal but not all single mom’s are whores or waste support money. Maybe an accounting of how money is spent is a good idea. I have family who struggles to make ends meet while the ex drives a new car, has plenty of extras and won’t buy his kids a pair of shoes

It sure is, but it likely will never happen.
Not me but I personally knew two couples where the wives took the kids far away, one many hundreds of miles away, the other to another country, then filed for custody in a US family court and got it and awarded child support.
As long as the woman kidnaps the kids before she goes to family court she gets awarded full custody and child support and the father is completely screwed, no children and no paycheck, and she has won the gravy train(In one of the cases the victim volunteered to get laid off from his job once he woke up to how badly he got screwed).

It should be required much like SS survivors benefits to kids. Also another fellow I once worked with told me he was required to pay child support till the kids were 21, not 18.

Tough and very wrong cases but not every woman does that so there needs to be a better way than punishing everyone. Actually I think most real men expect to share support of their children. Those women who use it to punish and men who don’t care if their children eat or not deserve whatever life inflicts on them.
