All six Baltimore Police officers have been charged in Freddie Gray's police-custody death.
State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby said Gray's death in police custody was a homicide during a long-awaited news conference Friday morning.
Gray's arrest was illegal, said Mosby. The charges include manslaughter, assault and misconduct. One officer, Caesar Goodson, who was the driver of the van carrying Gray, will face a second-degree murder charge.

You’re talking about people that will riot to celebrate something. So flip a coin, they will look to riot no matter what the decision is.
A press conference with the whole world watching is not the time or the place to vent your anger at the individual officers. Besides, for a prosecutor, who is supposed to be seeking justice through a fair examination and presentation of the case, the anger reeks of vendetta.
Not PEOPLE; the people will be hiding in their homes hoping not to be burned out; the THUGS will be rioting.
That’s the vibe I got while watching her. It was very disturbing. You would expect the facts to be presented without all the angry attitude.
I look forward to the murder charges against the VA employees who let Veterans die while in their care.
The fact that the driver got the 2nd degree murder charge most likely means they are looking at this as a “nickel ride” incident.

How did they know him to be a known offender? I admit he had a rap sheet longer than my arm but had any of the officer on the scene ever arrested him before? Or was it just a case of "he ran so he must have done something"?

The three officers in the arrest video are all white male. If the officers were all black, we would have never heard about Freddie Gray.
