During a large rally in front of Baltimore’s City Hall, a young man introduced as “Brother Rose,” in winding and sometimes incoherent speech, praised the burning of a CVS store at the corner of Pennsylvania and North Avenues. “America didn’t care until we started affecting things they profit from… What we saying, ‘Let’s get you out of our communities.’”
He also said, “Without us running (unintelligible) Mondawmin Mall [the site of mass looting on Monday], taking back from the stores that have taken our dollars for how long, and not giving back to the community in any type of way. We made a statement. The world heard us then. They heard that the youth of Baltimore are going to get justice by any means necessary.”(continued)

PRoblem is for this to work, they can’t be allowed to leave. All the other communities ought to shun them, for their own safety and stability.
Don’t you wonder what Big Insurance thinks of all this? Having to pay huge claims because it’s ‘just property’? Ferguson, Gary, NYC, Baltimore, who’s next?
Do it. If you don’t want jobs, food, clothing, housing, and other blessings of a civilized society... if you want to live on the dirt and kill each other... go ahead and get it over with. People like this obviously have no idea how to live in a civil society.

Insurance always wins. They’ll just raise everyone else’s rates. The problem is that even if companies want to return, insurance will either be incredibly expensive or unavailable.
This entire episode from the rioting to the open support of the rioters by the mayor should serve as clear wake-up call to all of Baltimore's productive citizens and business owners to vacate that hellhole at the earliest opportunity. Those who choose to stay do so at their own peril.
Leave the city to the ferals and their radical leftist puppet masters who feign concern for the "plight" of the urban miscreants. The ferals will quickly turn on their sympathetic white enablers, but they will just chalk it up to their own "white privilege" being an antagonizing trigger for the poor, misunderstood victims of white oppression in a city controlled by blacks at every level.
Not to mention multiple tattoos and bling.

I guess when this genius says the stores haven’t given back to the community, he doesn’t mean the jobs they’ve provide, or the goods that were bought. Stores aren’t socially aware like crack dealers and the welfare office.

You started, however, by arguing that in fact race determines the picture.
I’d be the first to say that Africa has largely been polluted by its dark indigenous religions. Those are demon magnets.
You have progressed, however, to arguing that NO society of black skinned people can prosper and that is not only a lie but a DAMNED lie.
As I said in another thread: when the feelings or well-being of animals like these rioters and looters are given priority over the well being of a random citizen or a business owner BY THE AUTHORITIES, here is what happens to those random citizens and businesses:
They aren’t protected.
Their families aren’t protected.
Their property isn’t protected.
Their business isn’t protected.
So, they do what any INTELLIGENT, THOUGHTFUL, RESPONSIBLE person does: They uproot their family and business, and LEAVE. (Because we all see what happens to those who stand up to the animals: If they survive being beaten to a pulp by a mob, they are demonized as racists)
And what happens after that?
We hear whining and moaning that people in those ravaged communities can’t get access to basic services, can’t get stores to buy food at, can’t get a cab to take them home because it is too dangerous for the cabbies. And they decry the people who left to survive as “racists” and characterize their leaving as racially based “white flight”.
And they demonize industry and commerce as racist because they don’t want to build factories or open stores in those areas, because the extra security costs add up to 30% to the overhead of business, an addition fatal to business survivability.
And they demonize banks as racist who won’t give business loans to someone who wants to open something in those areas, because they won’t make it past the first riot.
And they characterize as racist the unwillingness of insurance companies to offer low rates to businesses in those areas, because it is a guaranteed 100% loser for them.
THAT is what infuriates me about the animals doing this in places like Ferguson and Baltimore. They are doing all they can to drive people out of those areas so that much of the liberal black leadership can point to racist “white flight” as one of the roots of their failure to have a functioning community.
And by the way, look at what Ethiopia does with that paltry sum. Ethiopia does not look like Baltimore II, for one thing with the anarchy, etc. If mere European contact did the trick, black Baltimore should be fat city in every way.
I would say that the well being of Ethiopia tops black Baltimore. There is more to wealth than dollars and cents.

My guess is that CVS will rebuild, and continue serving a market that uses EBT cards and Medicaid, or whatever the Obamacare alternative is. These big chain stores are in those areas because their customers are subsidized by the government. Insurance will pay for this little inconvenience.
Yup, they would be prospering here if not for the democrats.
