Well said! More precisely, the islamists will put off butchering the liberals until their usefulness in decaying the US is over.
If the leftists and islam get their way, and all vestiges of Western civilization are turned to ashes, then the faux friendship will come to a violent end.
Although it looks like Islam could have the upper hand (they did, after all butcher 80 million Indians in their invasion of the Indian sub-continent), leftists are no pikers when it come to body counts. Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot...

And I've lost a lot of respect for Laura Ingraham who I wrongly thought was a conservative.
Islam and the left may not fight to the death. They may come to some agreement to share power. For example the Saudis can run their police state (e.g. internal passport checks) while they allow the religious police to enforce the own codes. The euro left already allows Sharia zones and will let those expand and strengthen. Islam needs to suck economic juice from the secular left and many Islamists enjoy the pockets of debauchery that they allow in their countries while decrying them in public.
Should the Right start beheading liberals? Because that’s clearly the only way to get their respect.

That's not the end game for either idiology. Both of them call for the violent subjugation of those who hold different views than they do. Eventually, assuming all that is left one day is islam and the leftists, they will come into a violent confrontation to the death.
Ingraham was always an elitist first, “conservative” a distant second.
Islamists and leftists instinctively know they are on the “same side” in the BIG picture,
so they’ll give each other a pass.
