Investigate to determine if charges will be filed??
What a frikkin joke, there is MORE than enough evidence to ARREST the Thug and his Wife for multiple FELONIES. They belong in prison for LIFE!!
“Makes the forum look like nut-job central command.”
Expecting the police to use intelligence and follow the law is the impression I’ve gotten from comments on this forum.
There is nothing conservative or noble about slavish deference to authority.
In fact it’s kind of pathetic.
Watched the video, just a couple of really important questions, did the woman in the video get into a physical fight with the cops wife, and the cop exited the vehicle with gun drawn, then man advances on cop with gun drawn, cop hits man in face with gun.
Sounds like a supportable set of events, if the people are regular non psycho people.
Cop pulls gun out for a verbal? Could happen but over a traffic miss maybe not. But why would a cop use the butt of a gun for someone that is advancing on his position when he is obviously armed. Hitting a guy with your pistol means they are way too close, and you were not aware enough ie distracted, to have seen that advancement. Why in the world would a cop try to break up a fight with gun drawn?
Did the cop ID himself. Not particularly important to me to determine what is right but if your girlfriend/wife is already yelling/fighting with someone else, that ID would determine whether or not there are rules in the encounter...maybe...but if not, it is a guy advancing on another guy with a drawn gun.
What was the 911 call like. They usually release those things, so they might be available and soon. State of mind of the caller(s) will be important to the civil or criminal case that will follow.
There a bunch of unanswered questions and I know I won’t be on the jury, but there are others on this thread that won’t be either, so this stuff will be forgotten by tomorrow. There are not any real political agendas to advance, so it will be something else.
I am glad no one was killed, or apparently seriously injured, so the lawyers can sort it out.

Given that he is on TV and not in jail,
...
Somebody shot at George Zimmerman’s head the other day, and that guy isn’t in jail.
In Fact what the couple should do is FILE Misprison of a Felony Charges, against the Responding Officers, that will get their attention.
If they do not File Formal Charges with their Lawyer and make a Citizens Arrest, Nothing will happen to the Thug and his wife.
You need to pay more attention to what you are reading.
If it’s your idea I don’t think officers should do these things, then you’ve certain misread my intent.
From your remarks, it’s clear you misread other people’s intent as well.
100% of police officers aren’t problematic. This didn’t occur to you.
That was a lot of words to say what, I couldn’t fathom. Was there a thought in that that screed, if so I missed it.
That’s okay. Thanks.
I wonder why more don’t.
Maybe they got tired of the childish name calling.
I’m willin to bet it wasn’t having his face smashed in by a U.S. Marshall.
You’re an idiot.

I hate to be played into the Obama/sharpton nationwide federalize domestic army/ police campaign — which I oppose and fear — but really and truly the good police officers have to stand up and clean out the bad cops. The job is just too important.
Yes, that is odd behavior. They just remind me of so many decent people I know that it’s hard to imagine them looking for a fight.
The bad cops are hired for a reason. They don’t really have to follow the rules. Police managers and politicians love them. Of course only until they do something bad enough to get noticed, then everyone did not know. Good cops may get the power eventually, but careers are only 20-35 years and bad cops get better results...guess which rules?

Local control can root out this stuff, nationalizing police forces takes most of the worst part of anticonstutionalism out of local control. There was an example earlier of an incident that the citizen was harassed but knew the chief and took it there. It also works for corrupt cops that know the chief. Two edged swords...

I’m left speechless. If bad cops are intentionally hired or recruited, then we are in much deeper doodoo than I’d ever imagined. I thought they just got in by mistake, especially given as how the job may attract a bad element to try to get in. Alas.
Hey, we should get an award here. We actually had an exchange on a heated topic without either of us calling the other a fool, liberal, or troll. Thanks for restoring my faith.
That was outstanding.
Absolutely outstanding.
I encourage you to post that on many ‘bad cop’ threads.
Not white ones.
THe county will rightly claim that he was not acting in his capacity as an LEO.
conservatives I am afraid to tell you are wussies....couldn’t depend on them as a whole, as witnessed in the election of bammey the boy TWICE....
