Man suffers broken nose, teeth in South County road rage incident
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MO (KTVI) – St. Louis County Police are investigating a road rage incident that happened Sunday near Jefferson Barracks. FOX 2’s Rebecca Roberts sat down with the Bonne Terre couple, who feel they’re lucky to be alive.

I'm guessing her gesture was the finger and what sane person not looking for trouble would be looking to have an aggrieved driver pull onto a parking lot (what she said she was trying to do) to have a reasonable discussion?
My common sense meter tells me they were looking for trouble and found it.
Like a flame draws moths, they can’t stat away.
Well, that certainly justifies smacking them in the face with your gun!
Before ripping me a new one, please answer two simple questions:
What do you think her ‘gesture’ was when she waved them into a parking lot?
Would you ever consider ‘gesturing’ a car with unknown occupants into a parking lot to have a civil discussion?

I wondered about that, too. At this point, though, we’ve not heard the other side of the story.

If the other guy was not a cop, then I would bet he would be behind bars right now.
The fact that the police let other police get away with crimes.... is why they have such a public perception problem.
That Cop should have been arrested, jailed and fired.
That couple should lawyer up against that off duty police officer. Hopefully, they can garnish his wages. You just can’t go around beating up people because you are a cop.
They should sue the police department and the city too.
And, of your own independent knowledge, you know she made an obscene gesture for him to pull over, correct? You need to go to Las Vegas. You could break every casino there.
I will bet you the Akers get a charge out of this. The responding officers were laughing with the thug officer and woman. He used the gun as a weapon. Just because a bullet is not involved, doesn’t breaking a man’s nose and teeth make it a weapons offense.
Get a grip. I'm for truth coming out before frying anyone.
