Michelle Obama has posted a workout video online that shows her pumping iron, crunching her abs with a medicine ball, and smacking a punch-bag with a roundhouse kick.
The two-minute clip shows Michelle in full workout gear in the gym with the family's personal trainer Cornell McClellan putting her through her paces.
The First Lady tweeted the video to husband Barack Obama after the President posted his own film showing him going running in a suit and drinking water with Joe Biden in the Oval Office.

If Rush was to ‘play music’ on his podcast it would cost MEGA millions of dollars.
The EIB Network pays royalties for all songs played over the air - based upon Arbitron market share (I.E. how many folks are listening).
If he has a steady audience of 6,000,000 people and the price is $.01 per thousand he has to pay $60.00 for each song played - figure it’s $1,000 per show.
On the podcast the fee is something like $.01 per 10 listeners and the fee is based upon subscribers, not actual listeners.

Those are called muscles. They look the same on women and men because we both have similar muscle structure. This would be radically different if she had 3 arms, but since she has 2 arms mounted in the proper place, they look the same as men. Also remember that darker skin shows muscle definition better. That’s why bodybuilders are never pasty white. Why it is national news that the wife of the President works out, I don’t know, but I cant fault her on exercising and being a good example.
