When Obama had his friend stir up the gay issue at Boy Scouts, the government's idea held sway and now all the people who do not agree with the gay adult leaders will be marginalized.
Hence, the destruction of the Boy Scouts.
What has happened to the Scouts is what will happen to all churches if the Supreme Court votes in favor of gay marriage.
The government will hold the gay card to some regard in all churches. Some sort of punishment will be thought up for all the pastors and priests who refuse to marry the gays.
That means no more freedom of religion, because if the government can decide that a pastor will marry the gays, what else do you think a government can force a pastor to do?
Obama loves abortion does anyone think, if he could get away with it, that he just might try to force pastors to become accomplices in his design of death. He already is working to force churches to pay for abortions.
It has all been so sneaky. All Obama had to do was to find that one back of the knee he could hit at just the right moment.
But God will not be mocked.
Is there an organization Gates hasn’t irreparably harmed left?

Of course this was coming. This was always coming. One more formerly great American institution gone to hell.
Some constituents have more influence in politics, business and academia than other constituents. As the economic situation continues to change, the influence gap is widening. The more influential constituents, for the most part, are not socially conservative.

My thoughts, first, the sexual revolution of the 60’s gave birth to a culture that embraced the idea that sexual intercourse was first and foremost for pleasure with pregnancy a consequence to be mostly avoided...once it became acceptable to have sex outside of marriage, all pleasurable perversions became acceptable.
Second, Western culture has lost its sense of sin. The numbers of people in Western society who attend church service regularly is abysmally small. Ask people to name and explain the 10 commandments and you would be horrified. In it’s place we have moral relativism which makes everything acceptable depending on your point of view.
Finally, there is always a sense of pleasure in the taboo... as everything sexual becomes acceptable it requires a greater depravity to achieve the thrill associated with sexual deviancy and our downward, evil death wish continues.
What could possibly go wrong?
The other shoe drops.
They need to put an end to this blanket ban on pedophiles as well! Bring back all those leaders who molested children who have completed their jail sentences (and absolutely restore all those who never served a moment in jail but were accused (and the Boy Scouts paid out settlements for) of such crimes..), and end this national nightmare of keeping boys from properly learning the Boy Scout experience! Least that’s the only thing the 2% minority will accept.
I can’t believe how much impact the 2% have on the organization. End ALL corporate Boy Scouts offices, end any full time Council positions. Close all offices, revoke any retirement benefits, etc. The only things that should be left should be scout huts run by local troops and camps which are paid for by confederations of troops. END the entire money train from corporate America into the Boy Scouts where they can continue to withhold funds to ‘pressure for change.’
Because the national council is selling the Boy Scouts piece by piece to the 2%, and that is a national crime.
That's actually a great question. I've thought a lot about it myself. Does every stable/rich society inevitably plant the seeds of its own corruption and destruction? Is it some kind of large natural cycle for humanity?
I DO know, this whole gay thing is a fad. Other societies in history have gone through the same. It will pass when present conditions change. But doesn't mean things will be better either.
Gays got control of the media, that’s how.
The Scouts brought this upon themselves also. As an organization, they became too big and fat. When they sold themselves for corporate donations, they sold their independence. they put the leash around their own neck.

That’s a common and disingenuous argument. People will tell you that pedophiles prey on children of both ages and don’t typically have a functional adult sexual orientation, homosexual of otherwise. This is true, because pedophilia is defines as an inappropriate attraction to PREPUBESCENT children. Look at the age group involved in Boy Scouts and tell me what’s wrong with that argument. That’s right, the average US Boy goes through puberty around 10 years old. So discussions of real pedophiles are irrelevant to most of the BSA program. Now think about how old are gay prostitutes typically, how old was the boy Harvey Milk was involved with? Yes, exactly Boy Scout age. The pedophilia argument is a straw man, gay men are typically attracted to teen boys. If I tried to make a group that involved middle aged men taking a bunch of 16 year old girls out in the woods, would anyone think that was OK?
Ask the clown:

Translated: "There are many thousands of lustful pedophiles out there, and we must welcome them in and give them unfettered access to these young boys."
