A 2006 police report obtained by In Touch Weekly magazine revealed that one of the Duggar siblings, of TLC's "19 Kids and Counting," allegedly sexually assaulted four female siblings in the large family, plus an additional female victim.

We’ve watched and enjoyed the show. Josh, however, was never likable. Looking more and more like he has a narcissistic personality disorder and it only gets worse over time. He is in serious need of therapy for the sake of his wife and children.

I wonder if they think other sexual abuse victims gain from the experience by being brought “closer to God”.
You can probably find out the identify of his sisters he molested. He only had four sisters at the time this was reported to the police and the little ones weren’t even born yet.
The series had yet to start but the family had been on TV with a show called "14 Children and Pregnant Again!" in 2004, the year before Josh was supposed to have committed these acts.

Yes, it wouldn’t be hard. I feel for his sisters to have this assault on them (perhaps they had dealt with it, had counseling, tried not to think about it,.....) and without their consent, had a sealed court document leaked. They have been violated again. This time by the media.

He is the oldest child. If this happened when he was 14 the ages of the 4 oldest sisters (at this time) were 12,10,9 and 8.
I doubt the 9 and 8 year old were curious.

Josh is the oldest of the Duggar’s children; he is now 27 years old. The next oldest child is the daughter Jana (and her twin brother) who is now 24. If Josh Duggar first molested one of his sisters at the age of 14, who exactly is the 16 year old sister “who suggested it” of whom you speak?

However copping feels, including putting his hand up the nightgowns of his younger sisters and foundling their genitals and foundling their breasts is not “curiosity” - that is molestation.

sexual curiosity and touching between siblings is COMMON and basically harmless...I was not involved in such because my sister was 4 years older than I was....was I curious, yes, but never tried....Large families, with children one after the other, face a different problem....modesty is a little less a concern because you have baby boys and baby girls as a normal usual situation....my wife is the oldest of 15 kids and there were naked kids all over the place as she grew up....no one was concerned about it at all....still aren't.

You're talking about a different situation.
The Duggar issue isn't about lack of privacy, or playing doctor, etc. Josh Duggar repeatedly entered the bedrooms of his sisters and forcibly fondled their breasts and vaginas. He continued to do so, even after being caught, and after admitting it to his parents.
The youngest child he molested was five years old. He put his hand up her skirt as he was holding her on his lap, reading her a book.
And he didn't stop with his sisters. He did the same things to an unrelated girl who was visiting and sleeping over at the house.
Now are you going to tell us that's all normal behavior, and nothing to be concerned about?
