Well, he is the Judge that did schedule the case for trial, so he has a certain amount of cajones just to do that.
Maybe not. Why set a trial date? Judge Middlebrooks could have thrown the whole thing out.
I guess we’ve just gotta hope the judge has more character and integrity than the sleazebag who appointed him.
I just hope and pray that he doesn’t have to recuse himself!
