Another victim of the white on white violence meme.

Didn’t, but when groups of men that don’t like one another there is that possibility.

There are some pretty interesting additions on witness statements now -- check out the comments on Conservative Treehouse for links to statements from folks coming out. One of them confirms that indeed there were cop cars all over the place BEFOREHAND, and that the bikers who rode "into" the fracas went right past them. From what the witness says, it sounds like the Cossacks, which appears to me to be a pretty benign bunch of guys in a Harley club -- were there waiting, and intended to tell the Bandidos to take a hike, turn around, get out. The cop cars were all RIGHT THERE, all around them. In plain sight. A presence.

The witness describes what sounds to me like fisticuffs, hand-to-hand, albeit with brass knuckles and sticks. COPS WERE IN PLAIN VIEW. Left to its own, at worst these he-men would have done their macho and duked it out, injuring only themselves. Pulling guns -- that pegs the BS meter. There were all those COP CARS right there.

Tribal Princess, men fight, sometimes they need to fight, sometimes they just want to fight, but as long as they do it without guns, they're mostly just making asses of themselves and providing entertainment for onlookers. You're supposed to be tribal -- get with the picture, princess.

EVEN SO that fight is bizarre in that it transpired in full view of about half a dozen marked cop cars, and for another, in the normal course of events, would have harmed only those who were fighting each other. That they got into it at all is hard enough to believe, but the introducing gunfire -- in front of half a dozen cop cars --

The whole thing just pegs the BS meter.

At bottom what this is truly about is the right to free association, even if it includes associating with shady characters. That you disapprove is your deal.

Cmon guys. The Bandidos are an Outlaw Biker Gang, one percenters. Being in a "support group" for guys that have no problem killing people to further their criminal endeavors isn't exactly a typical post LEO pastime. To me, to support this sort of criminal organization is no better than the folk in the hood who don't snitch or look out for the Crips or whatever when they are dealing. This guy's no saint.

And I don't want to hear about their toys for tots poker runs and the like, the mafia used to donate to hospitals and such to clear their conscience and garner public silence as well.

Now if this guy was wrongly detained during that snafu that's one thing, but honestly, if some homie that wasn't affiliated got caught up in a big ghetto gang bust, no one here would be cryin, and would probably say if you sleep with dogs, you get fleas.

What was the crime?

Normally a covert LE bust involves a crime of some sort. Not there to shoot down a fight.

Were they dealing drugs, smuggling drugs, or involved in prostitution out there on the tarmac? If no then the cops were out of line.

In America you have to actually do and get caught in a crime to be busted. This was not that.

Fighting in front of a bunch of cops is beyond regular stupid. It’s felony stupid, especially with a firearm, and that’s why I don’t buy the LE angle on what happened there.

I think an undercover plant made sure a fight broke out so there could be this mass arrest and confiscation to see what shakes out. I bet the LE involved are red in the face because they didn’t find a half ton of some drug or evidence of wrongdoing.

This has to be the most unprofessional example of police work ever. Maybe even worse than Waco I.

“a member of a Bandidos “support club”.

I don’t give a damn about his LEO experience, except that he sure as hell should have known better than to support the Bandidos. -— they are NOT just a club.

For crying out loud. I was an LEO for 30 years, now retired - thank God. I was a detective Sergeant. This twit was simply waiting for his patch to be approved. Sleep with dogs, you wakeup with fleas.

Lewis said he served a three-day suspension and was docked a day’s pay after leaving an accident scene during the 1970s.

No argument there, it does seem hinky. All I’m saying is that any one who purports to be a supporter of a crime organization is not one to pin a halo on. His testimony should be treated by any LEO as the same from any hood rat who “supports” his local street gang; with a grain of salt. It is interesting that this guy was a vice detective and is now a “supporter” of one of the more notorious meth dealing gangs in Texas.

You are entirely missing the point. (Purposely?). I don’t recall anyone, on any of these threads, defending the Bandidos. The question we are all asking, and have been for a month now is this, “Has the Waco PD (and BATF?) become just another lawless gang?”. So far it is looking like the answer is “yes”. As I posted weeks ago, if we have come to a point in this country where we just gun down people for having poor morals I can think of a number of people whose loss would benefit the country much more than outlaw bikers. If LE is going to be “just another gang” but with better equipment, financed by taxpayers, perhaps we need to reconsider that support. I don’t support the Bandidos in any way. Without my consent, my Taxdollars do support the BATF.

And some might note that, if one claims it's a good bet to say something as if it's a fact, "because there's a possibility", that person is a idiot, it's perfectly OK for the slam because, "It's a possibility".

Sweet!

I wonder what he thinks about the “1,000 illegal weapons” that the cops say were on-scene.

Well, a lot of people are murdered with nail clippers every year. That's why nail clippers are "illegal weapons."

Who does it say he didn’t like?

Should we contact site administration about Freepers you don’t like? Evidently you might kill them.

Riding a bike can get you killed too. The problem is he was arrested and held for weeks on $1,000,000 bail.

How many of your arrestees were held on $1,000,000 bail? How many were held in jail for weeks on a non-specific conspiracy charge (conspiracy to do what?)?

Who killed the nine men in the Twin Peaks parking lot on May 17, 2015? Who arrested nearly all present (”if it wears a vest; you must arrest”) at the scene and held the arrestees on $1,000,000 bail? What standard is active law enforcement held to?
