Tylenol's Pro Gay Campaign
One Million Moms.com ^ | 6/19/15 | staff

Posted on 06/22/2015 8:51:33 AM PDT by tuffydoodle

Gay and lesbian couples are featured prominently in Tylenol's new #HowWeFamily campaign, which aims to change the face of the American family.

A same sex prom couple and two gay dads with a baby are among those featured in the campaign's first TV ad. A voiceover declares, "Family isn't defined by who you love, but how."

Tylenol is glorifying all modern family types by stating a family is based on love not traditional marriage, and then showing gay couples with their children. One Million Moms believes family is based on love, but this does not justify normalizing sin. 1MM does not agree with the need for Tylenol to support same sex marriages or couples.

Plus, Tylenol recently used a lesbian couple shown nose to nose in a printed magazine ad. It was included in Good Housekeeping June 2015issue on page 21, to name one example. At the bottom of the ad it states that Tylenol is a national corporate partner with the Human Rights Campaign.

Companies should advertise the quality of their products, or in this case, how and when to take a medication and why it works. They should not be highlighting who is attracted to whom or who sleeps with whom. This is a marketing decision Tylenol will regret.

This gay-inclusive commercial is attempting to desensitize viewers. There is concern about the way this ad is pushing the LGBT agenda, but an even greater concern is the way that they are attempting to redefine "family."

TAKE ACTION

Please contact Tylenol (owned by Johnson & Johnson) through our website urging them to pull this inappropriate commercial immediately and remain neutral in the culture war.

Also, let Tylenol know that continuing to air this ad and other offensive advertisements in the future will force your family to make the decision to no longer purchase Tylenol or Johnson & Johnson products.

>>> One wonders just what the impetus is for this latest rage of pandering to homosexuals in products, advertising, entertainment and in politics.

Because the next gen had thoroughly been brainwashed and bought into the Left’s (in)Tolerance garbage. Not to mention most of the advertising ‘stars’ are youngun’s themselves.

They are too afraid to be seen as anti-racial, anti-homo, anti-...... Has nothing to do with the actual percentage of the LGBT population.

I remember a kid’s parody of an old commercial in the 60s..
“If you are a homo, take a bromo and wake up feeling yourself!”
Little did we know the world would come to this...

I saw a Hilton Hotel commercial yesterday on FoodTV that showed too effeminate guys playing footsy on a sandy beach.

As soon as I'm an empty nester, I'm cutting the cable for good.

Well, J & J IS in the medical supply business. Maybe they’re trying to ensure business for their products by encouraging the unhealthy practice of sodomy.

As I have said before, we have to quit focusing on the 2% figure. It is not the 2% it is the 25-30% of people mostly in the cherished 18-35 year old demographic the loves all things homosexual they are aiming for. Even the conservative young people in my family, pro life, pro gun, fiscally responsible, feel this way about homosexuality. Sadly we have lost this battle. 30 years of media propaganda and public school indoctrination will be nearly impossible to reverse short of some devastating homosexual event that exposes the truth about the lifestyle and agenda. I’m not holding my breath.

We need to see these companies for what they are: pro-homosexual and anti-Christian. Let them pander to the sodomites, maybe they will keep their businesses afloat while Christians go elsewhere.

I understand the sentiment and the brain washing, but they still risk the alienation of those among us who aren’t so indoctrinated. To me it doesn’t fit the profit test one might assume a profit oriented stance a company would strive for. They can do this if they want, but I sure wouldn’t buy any of their stock for purely social investment reasons.

I want to boycott Tylenol, but I haven’t bought any of their products for years anyways. I’m not sure it would help if I wrote them and said, “I haven’t used any of your products in 15 years, and won’t start now!”

I’ve often wondered why a company would bother to step into a social or political issue that is irrelevant to their product. I wonder if even negative publicity is still good publicity.

Nobody would be bothering to talk about tylenol on FR or many other online venues if it weren’t for such a commercial.

They love the homosexual allure right on up until they are confronted with it on personal physical basis. That whole schtick is sick and a normal human is repelled by it.

Real homosexuality isn’t hopey kissy lovey dovey nicey nice like you see with those two guys on “Modern Family”. There’s a reason why they don’t show them in bed together.

But you are right. The truth about homosexuality is not being told and our young have been sold a popularized bill of goods.

What does homosexuality have to do with simple pain relief?

Gosh, if you didn't know better, you'd think there was a conspiracy to force this madness down our throats at every turn.

One wonders just what the impetus is for this latest rage of pandering to homosexuals in products, advertising, entertainment and in politics.

The left's lock on the public school system for the past fifty years. They have successfully convinced a generation or two that it is not enough to run a business in order to generate profits. Those corporations must also be outlets of liberal social activism. Kind of "payment for the sin of making money."

You ain’t seen nothing yet as far what they’ll try to do. I expect much worse stuff will be attempted. Think “Brokeback Mountain” on regular tv shows.

“I would stop using their product but I only buy generic brand anyway.”

Me, too. J&J will go the way of JCP with this kind of advertising.

For multinational conglomerates which J&J is one, image to their brand is everything. And not just J&J, they all want their image to be positive, pure, caring, whatever.

Overall pure profit could be covered in their demographic calculation to compensate for "the alienation of those among us who aren’t so indoctrinated".

We are the dying gen. On the other hand, I don't have long to put up with it any more.
