Bill obviously had no problem with having well known segregationist, J. William Fulbright, as his political mentor, and who was that eulogizing Senator Fulbright at his funeral in 1995? I remember when Trent Lott caught hell for praising Strom Thurmond, but good ol boy Billy can be close to a race divider like Fulbright and no harm done to him.
