What people forget is that she was pregnant in 2008...7 yrs ago. I follow her blog and she loves her son dearly and takes fantastic care of the little guy. She found what she thought was a guy who she was going to marry and grow old with and “gasp”...had sex with him. She may have even wanted to get pregnant right away because she was so in love and was going to marry him. Unfortunately something happened(we don’t know what) and she is now pregnant and not getting married. Personally I think it is amazing how well Bristol organized her young life around her son and was probably yearning for a fairy tale ending with her beau. She is not a “slut or a whore” Just a woman who obviously loves her child and wanted to have a family

I've seen offensive language, even here on Free Republic, used to characterize Bristol as a "slut" and her new baby as a "b*st*rd". That's not only unacceptable but so far from reality as to be ridiculous.
The pictures below are a study in contrast showing Bristol Palin as a she really is, a caring and loving mother. Next to her is a genuine slut, the vile (and quite obviously ugly) Sandra Fluke, DemonRAT. The comparison between the two is self-evident.

As I understand, Letterman tried to cover his distasteful mockery by claiming the "joke" was directed at Bristol who was over 18 at the time and not the younger child, Willow. Of course, Governor Palin saw it otherwise.
Either way, Letterman was and is lower than pond scum. The bulk of my points in the post still stand when it comes to the relentless barrage of attacks from the left on all of the Palins.
If you are an adult, as Bristol is, you don't have to avoid it. What if she doesn't want to "avoid" it?
Rich white women doing it doesn't pick my pocket or contribute to the crime epidemic, so its no problem.
Her claim is that it’s impossible and oppressive. I disagree.
The child is born outside of marriage and raised outside of it. That is no fault of his own. A cousin of mine was born to an unwed mother, and he decided that is not how he was going to follow a different route.
OK, disagree. It is oppressive. Even if it is imposed upon oneself. It is still oppressive. Anyway, Bristol is an adult, and I am reasonably confident that her children will never mug me or rob my house or pick my pocket through social welfare programs. So this entire thing is a non-issue.

Who knows? Bristol tweeted out a pic of them standing by a Winnebago the weekend she dumped the aftermath of her break up on her mother. Poor Sarah Palin was at this barbeque which was supposed to have been the wedding party trying to schmooze with the relatives and guests that had been invited. Talk about embarrassing and her loser daughter was up in Alaska tweeting selfies with this girl who in the article was described as an extreme model. She looked like a slightly pudgy skank. So you be the judge.
First comes love then comes marriage then comes Bristol with the baby carriage. Well I guess not.
Not too bright, is she? She must enjoy the publicity and criticism. I guess “bad” is better than none at all!

You can tell that from a picture of her holding a baby? WHEW! That’s similar to those who said the obozo’s are such grand parents because they have their pictures taken with their girls and they are HOLDING HANDS. And I do believe the same was said about the Clintons...Don’t you really need to see these people up close and personal to make that determination?
