Turkey 'planning to invade Syria'
The Telegraph ^ | 29 Jun 2015 | Richard Spencer

Turkey has sent shock waves through the Middle East by preparing plans to send troops into Syria for the first time, turning the civil war into an international conflict on Europe’s borders. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has authorised a change in the rules of engagement agreed by the Turkish parliament to allow the army to strike at Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil), as well as the Assad regime, according to local newspapers.

The aim is to establish a buffer zone for refugees and against Isil, but Mr Erdogan has also suggested that the main target of the intervention, if it goes ahead, will be to prevent the emergence of a Kurdish state on Turkey’s doorstep.

Because everything that is happening is all part of prophecy. Obama may not be the Anti-Christ, but he is truly a follower of Satan. Going after Assad is what created and empowered ISIS, not Bush, not anything else. Once Obama’s conscript army of US trained terrorists weakened Assad, ISIS ceased the moment. Can’t blame that on anyone but Obama and his personal ambassador at the time, Hillary Clinton. These two have sold their souls to Satan

Yup.. While I don’t believe the Kurd’s “love” us (and why would they given the past 15 years); they are certainly the one’s we could have worked with most had our country put the right damn people in office in DC.

All I can say is I hope the best for them. In our current environment, no one else is going to watch out for them minus the brass ball’s that are going over their on their own dime.

Good question. Turkey should never have been included in NATO.

I whole heartedly agree with that. I was there, and I thought it was the absolute arm pit of the world.

I spent time in Izmit and Istanbul and I would have to agree.

“Or does no one fear the United States anymore?”

It is amazing how many threats of “nuking the US” we’ve had over the last 8 years. Even rinky dink countries have threatened to nuke us.

I had to fly into Adana once....arriving on day one of the new new airport opening. We land and it was fairly haphazard over getting off the plane. We walked off the stairway and stood there on the tarmac...disorganization ensued. Finally, they led us on some kind of walk (half-a-mile) to the edge of the terminal itself. I needed to utilize the restroom, so I stopped at that point and found the nearest WC. I stood there at the urinal and did my business, and then heard this odd noise....like liquids hitting the floor. I looked down and realized that the urinal was simply attached to the wall, with no pipe connected to the floor. All six urinals were the same way. Brand new airport, and this? I got my bag and got out.

There to greet me was a taxi guy, in a cab with zero suspension. When I stepped into the car...it actually leaned over about four inches. With every bounce on the streets....you’d leap about half-a-foot into the air.

I think everyone needs to spend a week in Turkey....to appreciate civilization and where we are today.

Izmir and Istanbul are the garden spots of Turkey. I was at Incirlik. If Izmir and Istanbul are the arm pits of the world, then Incirlik must be like another part of our anatomy. I don't know for sure why Turkey is a member of NATO, but maybe it is because they control the Dardanelles.

We have become weak. They know our president is bisexual, making him too weak and feminine to do anything.

I thought Erdogan lost the election a few weeks ago with the Kurds teamed with the opposition. What’s going on there?

The real target will be the Kurds which will ignite an internal conflict that I doubt most people in Turkey really want.

That sounds about right, I was amazed by the cabs there.

I will say though, I was doing some NATO stuff, so the hotel I was in was pretty nice.

If Turkey does this, look for a major uptick in terror bombings inside of Turkey.

Don’t forget the Chinese threatened to nuke LA at least twice during the reign of our first African America POTUS, aka Slick Willy.

What’s going on there?

according to the article...

"There would also be intense opposition to the operation being approved by the prime minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, who is only still in place because of difficulties forming a coalition after his party, the Islamist AKP failed to win a majority in this month’s election."

IT explains why the gutless USA is not arming the Kurds, because we don’t want to offend the Turks. But, there are no good options now that we’ve pulled out of Iraq. We’re stuck with the outcome for better or worse. For now, let them all fight it out. Unfortunately the people in the middle, ie Christians will suffer the most.
