Lots of news about Obama's plan to reestablish diplomatic relations with Cuba, but I've seen little or no discussion about Cuba's demand that Gitmo be returned to Cuba and that US stations cease TV and radio broadcasts to Cuba.

That should be a deal breaker, but Obama might be using this as an excuse to give Gitmo away and close the detention facility there. This nation would never have agreed to such terms at any point in the past, almost 60 years, but...

I’m not sure how much of this Congress would have to approve. But giving them Gitmo, then taking some action to cease broadcasts of US TV and radio to Cuba is really just doing the work of the communist dictators for them.
