This was pretty fun to watch. Trump made some swipes at Caroline Kennedy as our ambassador to Japan, saying that she was just handed the job without any qualifications. The crowd loved it:
Trump: "You know who represents us to Japan? Caroline Kennedy. Howd she get job? She called the white house and said she had nothing to do."

Like Don Rickles. And while Rickles said a lot of true things, a lot of funny things, a lot of things that we were thinking, and needed to be said - I’m not sure I want Don Rickles for President!
I am glad that Trump is out there and making sure that illegal immigration stays in the forefront of the election discussion.

Her Senate campaign of a few years back was over before it started. She couldn’t string two sentence’s together without an ahh, umm, she sounded like a dumbed down Valley Girl. The Ambassadorship was all about rehabilitation.
Caroline Kennedy came across as a functional idiot when she was considering running for the Senate from New York (of course this quality would make her fit in well with other Senators). When that idea crashed and burned she was given the ambassadorship to Japan. The Japanese must think who the heck is this idiot and if the Americans send someone this dumb, what does that say about them?
Ghana? Benin? Upper Volta?
Ross Perot was in the same position. Clinton would not have been elected President in either of the elections he won without Perot. That didn’t make sense to me, so this is not a stretch at all. Trump is not really a Republican, certainly never has been one in the past.
As far as he vast wealth is concerned, it a lot for sure but I don’t how much is paper wealth so I guess we’ll see when the real disclosures occur.
Right now I am supporting Cruz.
Jury is out on a couple of things he has done. Waiting to see if he recovers.
I don’t think Cruz has been shy about illegal immigration.
I’ve decided Walker is like the others whom you describe.

Carline Kennedy might be a nice person for all I know. She may even be smart. But she cannot put together a coherent sentence to save her life. She is highly inarticulate, to put it as kindly as possible, and it comes across as clueless and not well informed. I cannot imagine someone like that securing any kind of PR job, much less an ambassadorship.

Well I don’t mean to be catty either. She has many attributes I’m sure And the ambassadorship is a bought position in most cases though it shouldn’t be but basic skills in English could be a prerequisite.
It’s an insult to Japan and makes us look silly
