TRUMP attacks MCCAIN in Arizona- in case you missed it- (and the significance of it.)
YouTube and Vanity ^ | 7 12 2015 | Richard Skeet

Posted on 07/12/2015 6:33:42 AM PDT by richardskeet

TRUMP: "We have a situation that's ABSOLUTELY out of control- We have INCOMPETENT politicians, not ONLY the president-"

CROWD: Cheers!!!!

"I mean right here in your own state, you have John Mccain-"

CROWD: BOOO!!!!!!

"I just hate to see when people don't have common sense, don't have an understanding of what's going on, or perhaps don't want to know- maybe it's campaign contributions, maybe it's special interests, maybe it's lobbyists, but for some reason, some people don't get it, and I don't think they'll be in office much longer..."

Trump goes into Arizona, his FIRST month running for president, draws a crowd of 10,000 people, and attacks one of the most-powerful Republican Senators, (IN MCCAIN'S HOME STATE!) MCCAIN has been a senator for nearly 30 years! Mccain won the Republican nomination, he has friends in high places, a vast-political machine. TRUMP DOESN'T CARE.

Can you imagine Cruz or Paul hitting Mccain that hard in Arizona?

Trump is a bulldozer, a bull through a china shop. Trump will not be stopped by the Republican blue-bloods, nor their conservative PATSIES complicit in maintaining the status quo. Neither Rand Paul, nor Cruz, nor Rubio really WANT to be president, they want to be patient and wait THEIR turn. Why are they running? They WANT to be second place, this insures they keep their senate jobs for 20+ years, and maybe get a shot in the future.

Ready for the script WITHOUT TRUMP? New Hampshire Primary: Jeb -33% Cruz- 22% Paul- 19% Rubio- 16% Carson-9% Perry-3%

65% conservative (divided)- 33% liberal-moderate.

I've seen this bullshit script again and again since 1984, I'm sick of it. Aren't you? Aren't you fed up with "our" party nominating a candidate that 70% of us find unacceptable? Is it really "our" party?

Jeb has over 100-million dollars ALREADY! After New Hampshire, Jeb gets even stronger, winning state after state; eventually securing the nomination as contributions to the conservative candidates dry up.

100 million dollars. That's how much it will cost, MINIMUM, to win the Republican nomination. Take a look at your favorite candidate, (if it's not Trump,) ask yourself, 'can MY guy raise 100 million dollars?' Unless he's Jeb Bush, the answer is no.

...BUT that script has changed. Now there are 2 candidates with 100 million dollars to spend for the Republican nomination. Trump said he will spend WHATEVER it takes. I take him at his word.

The National Republican Party is broken; it's run by an elite class of blue-blood MODERATE pricks. These men do not care about the common man, the Reagan Democrats, as Pat Buchanan called them "the conservatives of the heart."

What do I mean?

There are many, many, many people who earn poverty-level wages who will NEVER vote Democrat because of abortion, and because of other liberal-Democrat positions. The Democrats abandoned this group long ago.

These folks are conservative ideologically. They hate socialism, (even though they don't really understand economics.) They believe in hard work; can't stand welfare recipients. They want their taxes low, they want school choice- I could go on and on and on-

These people are radical, and they have no place to go.

The Democrats hate them, the Republican elites hate them.

4 weeks ago I was very excited about Cruz, Rubio, Jindal, Rand and a few others. Ideologically I am close to all of them.

Why is Jeb the favorite to win the Republican nomination? Money from the top, political machinery, a sympathetic press, a Republican 'intelligentsia' class-

I've watched for many years as The National Republican Party has drifted from the "common man" conservative; they've nominated moderate after moderate. There has not been a true conservative at the top of the national presidential ticket since Reagan; 1984 was a long time ago.

For those of you who do not like the fact that Trump is impure ideologically: I understand your concern; I share it.

But, Donald does have a few things I REALLY like.

First, Trump's fearless. He says whatever he wants; he'll take the heat, and keep plugging.

Second, Trump's rich, very rich. Why was Pat Buchanan NOT elected president? Money. Look at the Trump platform, it's Buchanan's old-platform from the 90s. Being able to self finance will mean Trump can say things no other Republicans can say,

Third, swagger. When Trump walks into a room, he owns it. On the debate stage, he'll own it; Hillary and Jeb do not have a chance.

Fourth, Trump owns his own megaphone- his twitter account is real- he has many real fans- This is worth millions.

Fifth, Trump = ratings. People tune in to watch him speak! Anderson Cooper gave him 2-nights last week! Last week you could have renamed CNN the "Trump channel."

My hope is conservatives choose one candidate and rally around him.

I choose Trump because: he's the smartest guy; he has the swagger our country needs; he has the resources to fight and win the nomination against the will of the Republican elites who gave us the Bushes, Romney, Dole, Mccain-

Your choice: Jeb or Trump.

I don’t think anyone (well, most)are impugning his Naval service. It is his established record as a traitor to conservative ideals in his capacity as an elected Senator that disturbs us - immensely.

Further, it is no reason to FU anyone or call them a clown.

Check the entire record, b!tch. Your boy McLame was good for cleaning the urinals, that’s about it.

Get back to me when you grow up.

McCain has worn out numerous knee pads since Obama took control. He’s a tool. Pathetic man who at one time championed freedom and our way of life.

“Trump is a scumbag who changes his stripes from year to year.

Whoever thinks he believes what he says is a patsy. He’ll say whatever gets him headlines, period.

The number of people falling for this conman’s tired old routine is sad.”

I have noticed Cruz isn’t saying those things.

As good as it was hearing Trump speak the truth about McCain, McCain isn’t the trouble we are facing, Jeb Bush is. Jeb must not get the nomination, Hillary must not get the presidency.

“nice strawman.”

I don’t think you know what that term means. STRAWMAN doesn’t mean: an analytical hypothesis based on fact, direct observation and personal experience. You may believe my analysis is incorrect, but labeling it a ‘strawman’ argument- nope.

There are 2 republican candidates who currently have 100+ million to spend: Jeb and Trump- FACT.

Cruz has raised some money, (before Trump announced,) I wonder how much he will continue to raise if his poll numbers continue falling?

You can see Cruz going into Arizona, (his first month,) drawing a crowd of 10,000 people, and attacking John Mccain? I can’t.
In fact HE DIDN’T! (So I guess your argument falls apart on face value.)

What Trump did takes brass balls, AND unlimited self-financing. Mccain has powerful friends who write checks, Cruz can’t afford to piss them off.

Is that opinion a strawman too?
Does strawman mean an analysis different from yours?

“IMHO, Trump would never accept the position of Vice President .”

I agree, at least with this crop of candidates. If someone of Reagan’s stature was running he would.

Love it. McDork is a bottom dwelling POS. Yup, the type of sh*t that doesn’t even float.

House and Senate elections: In all this controversy about illegal immigration and Trump, we must NOT forget this:

Republicans must work hard to keep control of the House and Senate.

That is, if a Democrat like Hillary wins the White House, but the Republicans can keep control of the House and Senate, it will go a long way to, at least, keep Hillary under control.

Cruz is still my man, too, although I like the fact that Trump is being completely unapologetic in his attack on illegal immigrants.

******

Trump for Vice-President? I think that I could vote for that Cruz-Trump ticket.

It sure would be a lot more powerful than the Obama-Biden ticket has been.

Democrat War Rooms send McCain fake letters kissing up to his big fat ego... telling him he's the hero of the downtrodden.

In fact, McCain's a gullible fool - right up there with Lindsey Graham.

McCain needs to go out into the world and talk to some real people...not the shills his staff finds for him to talk to... real people.

Or he should hire an honest polling group and have them ask the questions.

McLame will answer for all of his broken promises, from his previous campaign.

Trump will hold McLames feet to the fire

I marvel that he was re-elected after his showing in 2008. He certainly campaigned harder to keep the power he already had.

Before you go off on your “all knowing analysis” that money is the only winner, maybe the name and campaign of David Brat against the sitting Republican Majority Leader Eric Canton just might blow a hole the size of the Gulf of Mexico into your hypothesis. His was the shot across the bow of the establishment that message and conviction to it is the winner. Wise men did not discount this and will be the eventual winners, not the bloated, big money establishment pukes.
