Kansas City, Kansas mayor Mark Hollan bragged during a speech this week at the annual La Raza Convention that his city is no longer a majority white town. Hooray!
The mayor of Kansas City, Kansas, in an address to the radical socialist organization National Council of La Raza, bragged that his city is no longer majority white and the city’s schools now have students who speak 62 different languages.
According to the 2010 U.S. Census, Kansas City, Kansas, was 52 percent white.
But in a speech before the La Raza National Affiliates Luncheon earlier this week in Kansas City, Mayor Mark Holland boasted that only five years later his city’s white population has been reduced to 40 percent.
He seemed to suggest that La Raza was at least partly responsible for the progress. But he also cited the refugee resettlement work of the United Nations and U.S. State Department for the city’s transformation into a gleaming example of multicultural diversity.
Kansas City, he said, “is very proud of the work of National Council of La Raza.”

Usually you brag about something that makes people and cities more prosperous.
There’s no way that they can show a correlation between “diversity” (ie, less white people) and prosperity.

She says that whites got well off on the backs of blacks with employment and housing (loan) discrimination.
That whites build their wealth generation to generation due to home ownership , and used segregation and red lining of those districts to stop blacks from doing it.
Then whites fled where blacks live(white flight) , racism as their motive, and took all that wealth that their white privilege got them.
I always wonder about the self hating white liberals who agree with her on her show’s table discussions, on these opinions.

No, it was 40% Non-Hispanic White in 2010. The 52% White figure includes both Hispanic and non-Hispanic White.
Yep. Kansas City, MO has a population of over 470,000 and is about 55% white.

Sad, that used to be a great American city.
Chicago has plenty of well off Whites and nice neighborhoods, on the North side. Hyde park on the South side has seen a lot of Blacks come in, but still plenty of Whites. I don’t think any of the crap areas of Chicago were ever formerly among the cities’ best areas.
