The Boy Scouts of America is expected to end its ban on gay adult leaders on Monday, dismantling a policy that has deeply divided the membership of the 105-year-old Texas-based organization.
The Boy Scouts National Executive Board will consider a resolution that was unanimously approved by the organization’s executive committee on July 13. The organization is urging an end to the ban because of "sea change in the law with respect to gay rights."

Another once-great American institution destroyed by PC.
Between 1961-1967 my troop had two scoutmasters who molested boys. The dads got rid of them quickly, one went to prison.
We don’t let single men take sixteen-year old girls camping unaccompanied (at least I don’t think we do).
This is really the end of BSA. It’s sad.

Bravo! My boys are well past the scouting age. However I love camping, hiking, survival skills... Just checked, there is a Trail Life troop single-digit miles from my house. They are going to get my support.

What could possibly go wrong? I’m an Eagle and a former scoutmaster. The BSA is not making good decisions in this arena. This does not bode well for the character development of our nation’s youth.

As if there are no other places to take young men for outdoor experiences...
There are only 2 things that separates Philmont from other outdoor experiences; cost and the program areas integrated into the itinerary.
Plenty of trails in the USA to take young men on 10 day or longer hikes.
Yeah and NAMBLA can’t wait to be apart of it.

That didn’t take them very long to be proven liars. Put the BSA into the list of organizations founded by Christians that have now degenerated into anti-Christian zealotry as they fade to obscurity.
Sadly, this organization or any other that tries to exclude either LGBT leaders or scouts will be destroyed and not allowed to function by our government. That will shortly include any and all churches of any denomination. The Bible will become hate speech as it already has in our military.
I cry for what is coming to my grandchildren already in the public school system, but private schools will soon be forbidden to exclude LGBT as well.

The BSA is dead. One by one Catholic parishes will disassociate themselves with them and one by one the same thing will happen in the Morman Church and any other faith that believes in God. Stupiest, most boneheaded move in the history of the BSA was allowing the hostile takeover by the sodomite nazis. The organization will dissolve within five years, probably sooner.
The BSA won a USSC case (BSA v. Dale) back in the ‘90s about being able to decide membership policy...
They caved instead of adapting to the hostility and discrimination as a result.
No tears here...the BSA National Board is made up of corrupted individuals.
The BSA and her shills don’t care...the Pink Swastika is their banner now.
