I was not counting the bad Catholics.
That’s because Protestants don’t form an ethnic minority. Notice that the Catholics on the court are Irish, Italian, and black (although Thomas was Episcopalian when he was appointed). Sotomayor is a pro-abortion lapsed Catholic, and Kennedy is a pro-abortion disgrace, whether he goes to Mass or not.
