The two emails on Hillary Rodham Clinton's private server that an auditor deemed "top secret" include a discussion of a news article detailing a US drone operation and a separate conversation that could point back to highly classified material in an improper manner or merely reflect information collected independently, US officials who have reviewed the correspondence told The Associated Press.
The sourcing of the information could have significant political implications as the 2016 presidential campaign heats up.
Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic nomination, agreed this week to turn over to the FBI the private server she used as secretary of state, and Republicans in Congress have seized on the involvement of federal law enforcement as a sign she was either negligent with the nation's secrets or worse.
On Monday, the inspector general for the 17 spy agencies that make up what is known as the intelligence community told Congress that two of 40 emails in a random sample of the 30,000 emails Clinton gave the State Department for review contained information deemed "Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information," one of the government's highest levels of classification.

Perhaps the email account was DLed to several thumb drives before the server was wiped. Mute anyway as the HD in the server may have been replaced according to new reports, leaving the FBI with nothing, except the content of whatever was DLed to the thumb drives.

That would extrapolate out to 1500 for the full 30,000.

Her server could be "blank", but she's already released 30,000 emails and the IG has found (2) Top Secret emails in just 40 of those that have been reviewed. THINK. More are sure to come. Hillary and Huma are already in deep sh*t just for those 2 of 40. Do the math.
I predict Hillary will have a health problem or family issue and pull out. Bernie Sanders only appeals to the far left socialist (gimmedats), communists, and anarchists who thankfully are a small portion of our populace. Elizabeth Warren will be decimated by a Conservative Republican in the general election debates if she runs. "Uncle Joe Biden" has NO chance. He's an idiot and clown in debates.
I also predict a Walker, Cruz, or Rubio presidency, depending on their choice of running mate. Best choice for VP are Ben Carson or Fiorina because people vote their race and gender. Of course, some chose running mates due to carrying specific states. Trump will eventually put his size 20 shoes in his mouth, although I do appreciate him opening up the political discourse.
I'm encouraged. But then it depends on who leads the Congress. Both Boehner and McConnell have to go. Still, with a Cruz or Walker things could start to turn around to restore our cherished and much copied Republic.
Cruz claims his first day in the White House that he will rescind all of Obambi's unConstitutional executive orders and BS policy statements. That's just number one on his list for that first day. I would bet my beloved 1958 Impala on him holding to it.
On a very serious note, Hillary Rodham Clinton, given a position of power and authority, is a very, very dangerous individual. She poses a threat to not only our national security but to the security of the entire world. It’s vitally important that she remain a private citizen, at worst, or incarcerated, at best.

She may have deleted another 30,000 that she claimed to be personal and her server is "blank", but with what the IG has now it would be incredulous for them not to find other Top Secret/Confidential emails relating to the State Department. I'm surprised the Inspector General is doing his job.

I fully believe Obama and crew have enough to tank her if they want to. It’s a matter now of how they can assure themselves she will cooperate with their post administration demands if she becomes president.
My guess is they’re gonna want to do some pseudo power sharing and she’s gonna balk at it and try to ride it out like the blue dress. This isn’t tabloid talk, rumor or innuendo this time, however. They can nail her ass to the wall if they want to.
I have lowered my preference for Fiorina as POTUSA because she appears to be more oriented to the wealthy side of the US population. She is still tops for something that requires business acumen.
I really don't know much about Fiorina, but the fact is we live in a "cult of personality" and people vote their race, ethnicity, and sex. If not VP campaign mate, make her Secretary of Commerce. Still a Ted Cruz (hispanic)/Ben Carson (black) and Fiorina (woman) ticket would bring in many bigoted voters. I'm okay with that as long as we get a conservative to turn the Rainbow Palace back into the White House.
That said, I realize that most running mates are decided on their popularity in swing States. I don't follow who is from where, so maybe I'm being naive.
As I said above, Hillary is in trouble and it's only going to get worse as more of her emails show her illegal activities. Don't think Huma will be the only one to go down. This is pissing off everyone from both sides, including the MSM.

Ted Cruz, etc., could move some of it back a bit to the right, and they would give some breathing time, but that would be just during that administration.
Corruption runs real deep. I don’t believe corruption is in Cruz, and if he were to win he would clean up what he could; but what happens afterward, in the next few administrations.
My concern, if this isn’t fixed properly and for good, it will just happen in another eight years or so.. And it just keeps inching to worse and worse.
The constitution is currently not being followed. Therefore we don’t have a constitution.
Our federal government is a creation of the states. When this creation gets out of control, then the states have the right to abolish it or change it.
Besides the three branches of federal government that we are aware of, there exists a fourth branch which most people forget, it is the states. And actually, as mentioned above, this fourth branch has more power and authority than any of othe other three combined.
It is time for the fourth branch to assume it’s proper authority, and alter or abolish the other three.

If they sent/originated emails from another system (and sent them to Hillary’s email server) then I guess you could say they have the emails they originated and/or received, assuming they use a different email system. That is the only way Mills and Huma could swear to something like this. If they also used Hillary’s system then you’re right, preservation of the emails is not possible now.
