Crew on Paris-bound train ‘barricaded themselves in their staffroom and locked the door as Kalashnikov-wielding terrorist went on the rampage leaving PASSENGERS to take him down’
Oh boy!
Disgusting. But not at all surprising.
Cheese eating surrender monkeys!
Cowards.
General Patton Farewell Speech:
“You are not all going to die,” he said slowly. “Only two percent of you right here today would die in a major battle. Death must not be feared. Death, in time, comes to all men. Yes, every man is scared in his first battle. If he says he’s not, he’s a liar. Some men are cowards but they fight the same as the brave men or they get the hell slammed out of them watching men fight who are just as scared as they are. The real hero is the man who fights even though he is scared. Some men get over their fright in a minute under fire. For some, it takes an hour. For some, it takes days. But a real man will never let his fear of death overpower his honor, his sense of duty to his country, and his innate manhood. Battle is the most magnificent competition in which a human being can indulge. It brings out all that is best and it removes all that is base. Americans pride themselves on being He Men and they ARE He Men. Remember that the enemy is just as frightened as you are, and probably more so. They are not supermen.”
If France had any shame they would be feeling it today.
Looks like the French haven’t changed for the better. Looks like they still enjoy surrendering - not good at all.
So the French surrendered after the first shot, what else is new??
(I'm thankful that nobody was killed, of course... but the point remains.)
Proof positive that they’ve EARNED the moniker, ‘Cheese-Eating Surrender Monkeys!’
Actually, it must be scary living in a Socialist Paradise. You ARE a sitting duck 24/7.
I could understand the engineer locking his door, but it sounds like the crew didn’t even attempt to move passengers away from the jihadi.
This is a high speed train carrying 500+ passengers at speeds of 190mph. If I were the crew, I'd barricade the engine car too -- the train itself is the weapon, no different in many respects than an aircraft on 9/11. Better to block the door, let terrorists kill a few passengers than to let the terrorists commandeer the actual train and plow it into a Paris railroad station at 250 mph.
Zoot-alors! Vite! Vite! Tout equipe de train a la chambre de securite!
Cowards die a thousand deaths; the valiant only taste of death but once.
Three American Marines took this a$$hole out. One was wounded doing it. Marines. No Better friend, No worse enemy.
So much for customer service.
Didn’t NYC Transit Police lock themselves in when there was a shooting on a subway train to avoid the shooter?
If this were America, at least 50 passengers would have a video of what happened and it would have been on YouTube within minutes. That’s a good thing.
