A friend became a US citizen. She wanted to keep her other citizenship and asked the State Department rep about that section of the oath.
She was told if there was any part of the oath she didn’t want to swear to, to just not say that part of the oath.
This was during the Bush 43 administration.
Let’s make sure his money transfers are taxed to the max first. Then we put his penniless ass on a cattle car bound for Ciudad Juarez in Chihuahua after whispering to narco terrorist double agents on the other side that he’s a covert agent for the DEA. I like that better.

Dual citizenship is wrong. We have foreigners from all over the world voting in our country’s elections for the benefit of their foreign nation in the name of dual citizenship. It makes us slaves to foreigners who pick our leaders.
