When a transgender high school student in Missouri received backlash for her request to use the girls’ bathroom and locker room, she found one very important ally: the school board, which granted her permission to use the facilities.
According to Kelli Hopkins of the Missouri school board’s association, 17-year-old Lila Perry has been granted her request because of recent guidance issued by the US Department of Education. While there is no “policy per se on transgender students use of bathrooms”, Hopkins said, there is a policy that says “districts cannot discriminate against students based on their gender”.
“The Office of Civil Rights of the US Department of Education has said not allowing a transgendered student to use the restroom of the gender of which they identify can be illegal discrimination under Title IX because it’s based on gender. It is their position,” Hopkins said.

I couldn’t imagine being a teenaged girl and going in to use the facilities and finding this nut case in there. Are they insensitive if they turn and leave? I hope the girls all have good, strong bladders.
Yes, and 150 students walked out because of this. Person SO does not look female.
I’m really not trying to advocate violence against this guy - but maybe what needs to happen is a scene in the locker-room where a number of the girls gang up on this guy and shove him around for a few minutes. A few punches here and there wouldn’t hurt either.
That might be the only way this guy is gonna get the message that’s he’s stepping over the line.

So far as I can determine, he has not had any surgery. Either way, he’s a sad case and this is just plain wrong to put all of the girls in this position. Awful. These adults who are supposed to be in charge are going to answer for this one day.

Yep. He just discovered he was a girl a short while ago, so all he did was get a wig and a skirt to “transition.” No kidding.
When I was in high school, I learned to go all day without using the bathroom because there were so many students smoking and using drugs that you couldn't even get to the toilet.
My family hated car trips with me for many years.

The school and federal officials who forced this should be indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced to hang for betraying the United States of America.

A transgender teen used the girls’ locker room. Now the community is up in arms.
He still has all his male equipment, but dresses up as a female with a wig, skirts, bra, etc. He's a sicko who has refused a unisex bathroom and the students (especially the girls) are protesting.
They should not touch him. That would be viewed as assault. They can use words to tell him he does not belong and they he makes them uncomfortable. Obviously he does not care about other people’s feelings, but they should speak up anyway.
The best solution: Remove your kids from the school.
