So Sanctuary cities are going to be stormed by cops against the locals when?
The people passed marriage between a man and a woman and Judges broke all those laws to no consequences.

187 in California is the law of the state and nobody makes people in that state follow that law.

Tell that subject to the law fiction to Hillary, Lois Lerner, John Koskinen, and the Mayor of San Francisco.

The modern translation seems to mean “everyone is subject to the royal decrees of the judiciary.”

Really?

Then why is Obama allowed to ignore out immigration laws?

Kim Davis always has the “conscientious objector” option of giving up her job. Why wouldn’t she do that?

The second amendment and it’s “shall not be infringed” is “rule of law” that is constantly violated, so why aren’t those bastards in jail?

I’m a bit confused by the article. Don’t they mean a Fed Dist Judge? I assume that’s a typo and that some Cir Ct Judge hasn’t ruled in an emergency appeal (they don’t even do that anyway they use 3 judge panels).

Progressives: No matter what some law says all people have a moral obligation to stand up for whats right and do the right thing. Doing wrong and then saying, “I was only doing my job,” is not an excuse! Except for Christians. Screw those guys.

A lawyer for the couples, William Sharp, said “Thursday’s ruling demonstrated that religious liberty is not a sword with which government, through its employees, may impose particular religious beliefs on others.”

Ironic statement considering Billy supported using the sword on Kim Davis to get her to submit to the religious beliefs of his clients.

.
Sorry Judge, but the SCOTUS ruling was a canard, in that no couple that sought true marriage was ever denied that opportunity, thus the the 14th amendment has no relationship to the case.

The SCOTUS attempted to relate a union that bore no resemblance to marriage, to true marriage, thus their ruling was legislation, which is permitted only to the legislative branch by the constitution.

Davis is trying to uphold the law, and the judges are openly violating both the statutes of KY, and the Constitution of the US.

Sorry for the outright cursing, but bull shit.

Examples: Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, virtually every black congressman, MLK Jr, MLK Jr Jr, etc.

Take your liberal laws and shove them up your collective smelly Obahaholes.

You don’t have to obey them?

Neither do we.

‘Every Public Official Is Subject To The Rule Of Law’

Not Lois Lerner or IRS Commissar Koskinen.
Or Hillary Clinton or her husband,
Petraeus was popped for less than Hillary has done.
Or former top cop Eric Holder.
Obama has been breaking and ignoring laws since Day One and for seven years.
Or ...
The judge must be mistaken. He must have meant to say that every `little fish’ public official is subject to the rule of law ... but not the Inner Party exempt class.
Go Trump.
