“Charlie’ Daniels” fully cooked Pulled Pork in the meat section of the super market is superb!
I couldn’t believe it was so good....referred to me when I didn’t have time to cook for a function I needed to take a dish to. Oh the compliments were unending.... everyone thought it was home made.
You just take it out of the frig. toss the bag in boiling water...it’s a done deal. Or nuke it....

I hated the desert question. My favorite deserts are simple, delicious and healthy. Right now my favs are slightly warmed, chopped fresh RIPE peaches served with a small dollop of Haagen-Daz vanilla bean ice cream, or fresh RIPE chopped mango with a dollop of Haagen-Daz vanilla bean ice cream.
Another mind-blowing one is sliced ripe bananas slightly baked in the microwave in ramekins, with chopped black (NOT California) walnuts, generous amounts of Ceylon (true) cinnamon, a small dollop of Haagen-Daz vanilla bean ice cream and a small amount of LOCAL honey added after baking.

H !!I like simple cooking that tastes great....Old Italian fellow shared his “Italian Boiled Dinner” with me which is fast and tastes marvelous. Key was to serve with a Good Baked Italian Bread...and so simple.
Chopped Cabbage
Cubed Red Potatoes
Olive oil
Italian Seasoning mix
salt and pepper
Dash of Red Pepper
Would have never thought it would taste so good with such simple ingredients and no time.

I am propped up in bed now and there is a bag of chips ahoy within reach sitting on the printer.
All sound really great, but I’m thinking they are a vehicle for your favorite Haagen-Daz vanilla bean ice cream! LOL!
I am partial to Blue Bell, but we’re having to wait on it to come back to town. :)
