Trump is calling out Muslims for creating problems all over the world. I don’t think he deserves a technical criticism for his reasonable comment that he knows individual Muslims who are ok.
It hardly would have been worth the effort to say he knows decent people who call themselves Muslims but who by definition cannot be Muslims because all Muslims are evil.
If you were criticizing Trump for this I think it was unwarranted.
