George Will: Candidate Trump Will Soon Become One of the ‘Losers’ He Constantly Mocks

Americas loopy Left is enamored of someone who becomes cranky about bobblehead figurines. Sober Democrats are queasy about nominating Hillary Clinton, who has much to apologize for but no aptitude for apologies. Those Republicans who hope she is denied the nomination are perhaps imprudent. And even Republicans who recoil from Donald Trumps repulsiveness might want to defer the delicious pleasure of witnessing his apoplexy when he joins, as surely he will, the ranks of those he most despises losers.
In 2011, Bernie Sanders said weve got some very, very serious problems because the Founding Fathers bobbleheads sold at the Smithsonian Museum of American History were made in China. He exclaimed: A museum owned by the people of America a museum which talks about our own history cannot even have products manufactured in the United States by American workers? In a hilarious video assembled by the high-spirited folks at Reason.TV, Sanders summons Smithsonian officials to his office to grovel and promise to mend their ways. Sanders wrath did not produce a complete purge: The museum still sells imported gimcracks.
Clinton, who could lose to Sanders, might actually think she apologized concerning her private e-mail server. What she said (really: parse her ABC interview) was that she should have been clearer and quicker in explaining why she has nothing to apologize for. Joe Biden may be one of those knickknacks that look better in the store window than in your living room, but he probably would be a stronger nominee than Clinton, whose campaign operatives believe, oxymoronically, that she should adopt a policy of spontaneity. Some operatives thought it shrewd to share this calculation with the New York Times, which headlined its scoop Hillary Clinton to Show More Humor and Heart, Aides Say.

Fox News works for The Cheap Labor Express. All of those mentioned do too. They are carrying out their assigned mission.
Prevent us from electing anyone who would stop them.

Well at least he spelled loser right. I hate these loosers who are lose in the head who cant spell loser. Don't get me started.
Like Will, the "loosers" abound. major irritations are the 90% of wise posters who get the word "its" wrong. Year after year.
Or the ones who insist on the using some foreign language, when they use "would of" instead of the proper "Would have" that presumably educated English speakers insist on using.

“He proposes turning America into a police state in order to facilitate ethnic cleansing.”
Note: Trump’s pledge to return the nation back to a nation of laws and national sovereignty, according to George Will, is “ethnic cleansing.”
George Will is becoming a repulsive human being. His venom when it comes to Trump knows no bounds. He is mentally unhinged.

I for one think it is a good proposal insofar as we already are faced with the potential that there ARE people out there who should not have guns, period (criminals and crazies). But that should be up to the states to report, IMO - if anyone.
To me, the FEDERAL government should not be in the business of infringing on any citizen’s rights under the Second Amendment.

The search facility has never been very good, and to $320,000 in freepathons each year you would think they could afford SOME software updates,...I am among those who believe that no number of software "updates" can ever eliminate the controlling twits who post "already posted!!"
Like the dinosaurs, they are incapable of assessing how the human mind works, and how visitors to Free Republic behave.
No sane person drills down dozens of posts and perhaps hundreds of replies to see if something has been previously posted.

No matter what happens to Trump during the primaries, he’s done more to defend and promote conservative voters’ views than Will has done in decades. Move out of the Beltway, George - you’re out of touch.

The commentarians have not yet acknowledged that Trump is probably the best man for the job at hand. We need to make wholesale changes in our government. No establishment politician is capable of even imagining the direction needed.
Far from supporting Trump out of some benighted sense of abject ignorance I believe Trumps support derives from an increasingly enlightened electorate who are, in fact, fed up with the self serving ignorance of the political establishment.
Nailing McCain straight out of the gun was a brilliant tactic aimed squarely at the true enemy of our country, entrenched autocracy by elite class.
We have the sense that this man knows thee territory and is ready and willing to take on the corrupt political establshiment headfirst. He is an enemy of the political class.
Undoubtedly his personal ambition is to clear the decks for unbridled commercial activity. That is precisely what our economy requires.
Trump represents what is strong and healthy about America. Clearly he is not a flaming liberal. His conservative bonafides are in his financial activity, his business acumen and are reflected in the detailed position papers he is publishing.
Much remains to be learned about this man. That he has been in the public eye for decades and has retained an aura of success and strength speaks volumes. He has not landed in court for nefarious activity. His business ventures have been substantial and successful. He is no more divorced than many of us. He has a large, strong family. He is his own man. No wonder the chattering class hate him.

Question for Will: Will you take the pledge to support the GOP candidate, even if it is Trump? Yes or No answer only.
After all, we’ve told to hold our nose and vote R sin 1988, as RINO after RINO came forward and campaigned as a Democrat.
NOW IT’S YOUR TURN, GEORGE WILL.

Roger Ailes has a lot of hard work to do to straighten out Fox News Channel. One of the first things he should do is fire George Will, Charles Krauthammer, Chris Wallace and Megyn Kelly, and maybe about a dozen more!!! The American people are really ticked off, and they now believe nary a word uttered by these fools, who have no idea how much they are now ignored and hated by All Americans!!!Bears repeating...

Obama Dines With Conservative Columnists
President-elect Barack Obama arrived at a dinner party on Tuesday night in Chevy Chase, Md. (Photo: Charles Dharapak/Associated Press)
President-elect Barack Obama spent Tuesday evening at a dinner party with several prominent conservative columnists, including William Kristol and David Brooks of The New York Times, according to an Obama transition pool report.
Mr. Obama, who has been staying at the Hay-Adams Hotel in advance of his inauguration next week, arrived at 9 Grafton Street, an upscale address in Chevy Chase, Md., at 6:34 p.m. The Montgomery County property tax records list this address as the home of the conservative Washington Post columnist George Will, the host of the dinner party. Also attending the party was Charles Krauthammer The Washington Post. Together, some of the columnists at the dinner party have been some of Mr. Obamas severest critics.
Obama transition officials refused to comment on the dinner, saying that it was off the record.

It would be very easy to integrate Lucene, an open source search engine, into the FR user interface. I have the code to do so if management is interested. Just for grins here is the high level code. Poorly formatted I only put in enough html to make it readable.
