Judge Reggie B. Walton said since Mrs. Clinton used her own BlackBerry and computer devices, and kept her email server at her home, he doesn’t have authority over the records she created on those. The ruling is a significant victory for Mrs. Clinton and the Obama administration, which has argued it has already gone above and beyond its duties under the law in trying

Uh, people get arrested and jailed all the time for crimes they commit on their private electronics.

Jared, for instance.

Just like Obama's former opponent Jack Ryan's divorce records were "sealed" - until a liberal judge friend of David Axelrod ruled they weren't -- ending Ryan's campaign and guaranteeing Obama's victory to the Senate.

>>>Hillary has publicly claimed she had permission. Several times<<<

Funny how no one has asked her to PROVE IT.

In 2001, he was nominated to the federal bench by President George W. Bush, and subsequently confirmed by the U.S. Senate. In 2004, Bush appointed him to chair the National Prison Rape Elimination Commission, investigating ways to curb prison rape. In May 2007, Chief Justice of the United States John G. Roberts Jr. appointed him to a seat on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.[3] His term on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court ended May 18, 2014.

Fix => In

No, I don't think so. The judge is right that he can't just tell someone to hand over their property sans a request for a search warrant from a proper authority. I'm just guessing that's his reasoning.

But the FBI just seized four servers from the State Dept. so I think they must have gotten a warrant from some other judge. Plus they have the Datto cloud server backups of Her Thighnesses emails.

I wonder if the judge was appointed by Bill Clinton.

Hillary: Bill how long I have to be in jail?

Bill: At this point what difference does it make?

So, in other words, Obama’s involvement in the Clinton Crime Family Foundation is .. TA DA .. once again saved by a corrupt judge by the name of “Reggie” .. let me guess .. he just happens to be black.

Wow .. I’ve really become very cynical .. I wonder how that happened ..??

I always thought there was more to Hillary’s “server” than meets the eye; proving to ME that she was hiding her emails to/and/from Obama which showed how much the Obama’s were involved in the “Foundation”.

He’s also a “Holder’s Person!” Looks like maybe he should be getting that “award” the Black Dirty Dish Mop Prof from UPA proposed for Dr. Ben Carson! I continue to “find it very interesting,” that our laws are really great an protecting obviously guilty people.
