Rubio: Trump's Plan to Deport Illegals, Build a Border Wall Makes No Sense
Breitbart ^ | 10/26/2015 | Katie McHugh

Posted on 10/26/2015 4:44:53 PM PDT by conservativejoy

Failed ‘Gang of Eight’ architect Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 79%said on Sunday that frontrunner Donald Trump’s immigration plan to put Americans ahead of foreign workers and alien criminals “makes no sense.”

“No, his rhetoric is a little louder, but if you think about where he was six months ago, his position on immigration six months ago was nothing like what he’s saying now, and even what he’s saying now borders on the absurd,” Rubio said on CNN’s State of the Union.

“He’s going to deport all these people, and then he’s going to allow back in the ones that are good… His plan makes no sense,” Rubio insisted.

Advocates of extreme levels of immigration, including Rubio, frequently claim that enforcement of existing law is impossible. That claim complements their donors’ high-immigration, low-wage agendas.

But 8 U.S. Code § 1227 makes it clear aliens can be deported for a wide variety of violations. If they helped other aliens enter the country, commit a crime that requires a sentence longer than a year, are convicted of any drug-related sentence besides possessing less than 30 grams of marijuana, a violent domestic crime, et cetera they might as well have slapped a “Return to Sender” label on their foreheads.

Enforcement is popular, so Rubio declared during the first GOP primary debate “we need a fence” on the border. In 2013, however, Rubio himself voted against a border fence and an entry-exit tracking system for aliens holding U.S. visas during the debate over the Gang of Eight bill.

How the Hell did Eisenhower send back illegals? He had a fraction of the manpower, money, and technology that exists today. And he did it within weeks.

Today, Rush called Rubio a good guy. That sort of talk mystifies me. He has got to know that Rubio is pro-amnesty.

He also talked about the sparkling conservative credentials of Cruz, who voted for the Corker bill, TPA, and called for a 500% increase in H-1B visas. Not too much conservative about those two votes.

This is Rubio’s move to be the GOPE’s candidate. He senses Bush is finished and this is where he pushes the amnesty issue to garner the support of the COC money men to fall in behind him as their best bet.

like it, but it won’t happen, there will be NO NEW LAW.

However as President and in charge of the Executive Branch and ALL it’s agencies. A simple memorandum to the IRS instructing them to immediately DISALLOW any and ALL Payroll Tax Returns that contain a “No Match” SS# unless it can be proven the employer used E-Verify. And while you are at it, I want you to go back 5 years also and send revised tax and lein notices to all those employers that ADMITTED TO ILLEGALLY HIRING ILLEGAL ALIENS, it should be easy, they ALL have no-match numbers on their returns.. Because when you FILE your Quarterly Payroll Tax Return, it is done under PERJURY.

SO how would this work?
If you have $1 Million Dollars a month in employment cost for salary and benefits, the ENTIRE DEDUCTION IS DISALLOWED, YOU OWE THE IRS BIG TIME, Send us our half immediately OR WE TAKE IT and ALL YOUR ASSETS, and we still might Prosecute you anyway.

GAME OVER..

I have tried to contact Rubio's offices repeatedly, both in Florida and the District of Criminals. I have left messages, sent faxes and emails. I have posted on his Facebook page; all with one simple question:
"Would you support making mandatory cross checks of voter registration part of any applications for resident status, citizenship or government services including driver's licenses and college admissions?"

My contention is that such a move could lead to a sizable number of self deportations to avoid felony election fraud exposure and that it would hamper the liberal effort to create more democrat voters.

Rubio is silent on the issue.

Walls are just force multipliers.

Better to secure the border with more check points and highway patrolmen, IMHO……

LOL. You don't have check points at the border without fences and other physical barriers that funnel the traffic to the checkpoints. Most of the illegals are not using the highways to get in. And highway patrolmen are not tasked with immigration enforcement. It is a federal responsibility.

Why is it that, all over the world, other countries faced with an onrush of illegal or unwanted immigrants have built walls ?

Not only TODAY, but thousands of years ago walls were built in the hardest of places.

Marco Rubio Falls Apart When Asked Why He Has Missed The Most Votes In The Senate

By: Jason Easley more from Jason Easley

Sunday, October 25th, 2015, 11:52 am

When pressed during a CNN interview about why he thinks federal workers should be fired for not doing their jobs while he has missed the most votes in the Senate, Sen. Marco Rubio put his foot in his mouth and said that voting in the Senate is not important for a Senator.

In an interview that aired on CNN’s State of the Union, Jamie Gangel pointed out to Rubio that other Senators running for president (Rand Paul and Bernie Sanders) have only missed ten votes while the Senator from Florida has missed 59.

Rubio answered, “Well, I can tell you that in the history of presidential politics when they’ve been running for politics in the Senate, they’ve missed votes.”

Sen. Rubio tried to explain away his absences by arguing that the Senate votes don’t mean anything, “A lot of these votes don’t mean anything. They’re not going to pass, and even if they did, the President would veto them.”

Gangel reminded Rubio of his comments on the Senate floor that federal workers who aren’t performing should be fired, “Someone might say you’re not showing up. You’re not doing your job by voting.”

Caught in his hypocrisy, Rubio tried to dig his way out, “Not true. Because voting is not the most important part of the job. The most important thing that a Senator does is constituent services. ”

Gangel stopped him, “Wait a minute. Votes aren’t important. Intelligence Committee hearing aren’t important.”

Rubio was doomed by this point, “We do all the intelligence briefings. I was just there this Tuesday. I got fully briefed and caught up on everything that’s happening in the world. I’m fully aware. We have a staffer that’s assigned to intelligence who gets constant briefings. I think votes,of course, are important, but unfortunately, too many of them today are not meaningful.”

The main purpose of a Senator is to represent the people of his/her state in the Senate. The people aren’t represented if their Senator doesn’t show up. Taxpayers are not paying Rubio a six figure salary to have a staffer handle intelligence briefings.

Once Rubio realized what he had said, he tried to backtrack, but it was too late. Marco Rubio seems to be believe that he doesn’t have to show up and do his job as a Senator because Republicans don’t have a 60 vote majority in the Senate.

Rubio avoided the pointed about his not attending committee hearings by claiming that he gets briefings. Briefings are like skipping class and borrowing a friend’s notes to get caught up on what you missed.

The Republican establishment loves Rubio’s look and bio. No one in establishment politics can figure out why he is failing. Sen. Rubio’s constant habit of self-destructing every time he opens his mouth is why his presidential campaign is going nowhere fast.

Rubio wants to be in the Senate so that he can run for president, but he appears to have no interest in doing his job as a Senator. Marco Rubio’s lack of commitment to the people who elected to serve him is the reason he doesn’t deserve to be in the Senate, much less be considered a serious contender for the White House.

Willpower. We could resolve the illegal situation in this country quickly if the politicians had the will to do it. They don’t because their rich puppetmasters want cheap labor (de facto slave labor) no matter the costs to our country.

Forget the wall. Expand asset forfeiture laws to include the hiring of illegals. Then, make it so that local law enforcement can seize the assets if a single illegal is hired even to be a grass cutter (seize the assets of the landscape owner and the property owner).

So who is going to bell that cat? Such a law would never be passed. Currently, it is against the law for an illegal to work and it is also illegal for an employer to hire them. The 1986 attached employer penalties, but they have not been enforced. We need mandatory e-verify to shut off the job magnet.

There are an estimated 2 million criminal aliens who are not concerned about working.

>>like it, but it won’t happen, there will be NO NEW LAW.

I know. Its just one of those, “If I was king for a day” fantasies.

But, the underlying problem is that it is too profitable for people to employ these lawbreaking foreign invaders, and the risk is all on the lawbreakers—who don’t care about our laws.

We need to make the parent who hires a cheap nanny or the homeowner who hires a cheap landscaper FEAR their brown-skinned servants or cheap under-the-table “linoleum and tile guy”.

“He’s going to deport all these people, and then he’s going to allow back in the ones that are good… His plan makes no sense,”

It makes perfect sense. Build a wall. Deport every one who comes in contact with law enforcement. Stop all benefits. Then make it clear that illegals who haven’t been deported, who left on their own, can apply for citizenship. Those who have been deported can not. A lot of people will leave volunteerly so that they can apply to come back.
