If the animal is first shown to have assaulted the deputy, he should sue the student, its “parents”, and the sherrif, and be given a high seven-figure settlement so that he need not work again. If the student and parents cannot pay, they should be placed in indentured servitude until they pay their fair share, say, $5 million. Their balance should accrue interest, but only at a reasonable rate of 24% per annum.
They should also all be forcibly sterilized.
If they refuse to work off their debt, they should be dxterminated.

This is the USA! There is not a damn thing a citizen can do that makes them “lose all rights”.
She sure as hell lost her right to be treated as a reasonable adult.
Doesn’t change the fact that she is t breaking any law...police should not be involved unless there is a criminal charge...and I am one...

For not giving up her phone... That is not a police officers job...what law was he enforcing? Don’t get me wrong... She was being an ass... But I see this as nothing more than shifting liability to the police...once she assaulted him...all bets are off. But I don’t see why he was called to enforce a school policy... As a side example...frequently I transport mental patients to the emergency room for evaluation. The hospital policy says they won’t see him u till he has changed into a gown. If they refuse they seem to look to us to force him... And it’s bullpoop. I shouldn’t have to wrestle someone to get compliance with hospital policy.
Where’s the video showing her hitting the officer? Does anyone know? The video at Breitbart is not working well for me.
P.S. (I’m withholding judgment for now. I went to Catholic school in the 1970’s, and, well, let’s just say, you didn’t mess with the sisters.)
I am getting tired of the knee-jerkers around FR lately..
I said CLEARLY and repeatedly that I support the officer in doing what he had to do.
But I knew they would use it to fire him, and now it appears they did.
The school is run by cowards and now that little feral animal will get a big payout and do the same OR WORSE (for mo’ money)
Never mind. It turns out, the hitting occurs after the officer first grabs her.
What’s interesting is that the teacher - or whoever the other adult in the classroom is - is just standing there, apparently not bothered by what the officer is doing.
Anyway, I’m showing the video to my homeschooled teens who keep wondering what public school is like. ;-)
And these incidents continued to occur every day during every period because it was decided that there was nothing that could be done. Try something different...
Step one, get the trouble maker out of the school. How? Have him arrested.
Step two, if trouble maker shows up again, have him arrested. If another student decides to become a trouble maker start at step one.

I think it was 10th grade, first day of gym class and all of us guys were sitting in the bleachers while coach was talking to us.
Elmer was at the top of the bleachers screwing around when all of a sudden coach had enough, he charged up the bleachers, grabbed Elmer by the arm and hauled him down to the gym floor and kicked him out of class.....
Scared the hell out of all of us and it certainly got our attention.
Elmer's mom came to school the next day and coach got into a little trouble but that was the end of it.
That was 49 years ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday........LOL!
