Hey all, I certainly wasn't expecting to be posting a vanity like this when this morning started. Mrs. Doomonyou and I moved to Texas a month or two ago fulfilling a five year dream to get out of CA for a red state and God answered big time. We're still getting moved in and the new job is going great. As a result of getting out from behind a desk and out in the field I'm away from a total A hole boss. Anyway, I dumped about 18 pounds just being more active and out of the stress. So two weeks ago I'm starting to feel kind of bloated and full all the time and tired due to having problems falling asleep. I've been eating as much as comes out the backside which isn't Much. This morning I saw my Doc, had blood, urine work and a CT scan. Wasn't sure what to expect.
Doomonyou, I ask God to touch you with His healing hand and restore you to health and to your family. Getting the best, most “cutting edge” and gung-ho treatment is very important in beating cancer. Please keep us informed!!

Prayers for you. This is probably gonna be bad. I’ve always heard that late stages of Stomach Cancers are among the worst regarding pain.(pain meds can help).
They’ll likely do a surgery where you’ll end up with a feeding tube, and maybe another for a colostomy bag. Then, you’ll just be waiting on whatever comes. Just get your affairs in order, and if you don’t go to church, now is a great time to start!
Grant it, this is a worst case scenario, but that’s what I always prepare for. Most folks call me a pessimist, but I look at it as being a realist. After all, if you expect bad results, you won’t be disappointed....

Heavenly Father, We all come before you with a solemn heart and in need of Your intercession. We pray that the cancer that has come into this dear man's life soon fades into a quick remission.
Comfort him upon his sickbed, and ease his suffering. We beg for deliverance, and submit that no healing is too hard for the Lord. We therefore pray that You bless his dear wife erwith peace, comfort and understanding in Your loving name.We believe in Your loving capacity for miracles, and ask for this on this wife husband's behalf.
Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, grant this Texan the courageous, humble acceptance of the surgery which awaits him, and let this be the relief and cure which he and his family and FRiends seek. I pray you, Lord, that this procedure be without complications and that his recovery will be speedy and complete.
Heavenly Father, You know every fiber of our being and have willed that we were born. I beseech You, Lord, to guide the minds and hands of those who will operate on this Texan so that he may be restored to health and well-being.

And Lord, when he awakes from surgery, take him and his family by your loving hand and guide them towards a life of thanksgiving and peace.
