BOOM: Rush Limbaugh Goes Nuclear on Trump, Carson Critics… “I Don’t Give a Damn!”
Conservative Tribune ^ | 10/30/2015

Posted on 10/30/2015 9:41:41 PM PDT by BlackFemaleArmyColonel

Conservative powerhouse Rush Limbaugh let loose on liberals and GOP establishment types critical of Republican presidential candidates Ben Carson and Donald Trump. On his website, Limbaugh said, “I don’t care what you think of Donald Trump’s personality. Frankly, it’s none of your damn business,” he said.

“You go do what he’s done and then tell him he’s worthless. Go do what Ben Carson’s done and then tell him and tell the rest of us that he doesn’t know what he’s doing, or any of the others up there on that debate stage,” he added. Limbaugh remarks come as the popularity of these two outsiders have risen among Republican voters but not among many in the mainstream media or the GOP establishment.

Limbaugh identified why voters were attracted to Carson and Trump and it happens to be the very reasons why Republicans in Washington have an aversion to the presidential hopefuls. Here’s what those people don’t like about these men: They say what they mean and they don’t back down when the media has a conniption fit about it.

Trump has been straightforward about illegal immigration, the Muslim refugee crisis, the minimum wage and taxes — and the public loves what he has to say. Similarly, Carson refused to back down from remarks about a Muslim in the White House that offended the left and the mainstream media — but made every right-thinking American cheer.

Limbaugh nailed it on this one — when any critics of these two men can accomplish what they’ve accomplished, maybe they will have room to talk. But until then, they should just do everyone a favor and be quiet.

Fine. The fact he is a public figure and is asking you for power over you and your country is enough to make his personality absolutely your business.

You see, this line of thinking is wrong. We the people should hold the power over our elected officials. This hasn’t been the case for the past 7 years though, has it?

Good for Rush...

Arizona fixed it so I can register independent and also vote in the primaries so I am leaning that way heavily right now.

You CANNOT vote on the Republican Presidential Preference ballot in AZ unless you are a registered Republican. The Presidential Preference election is in the Spring.

You CAN vote in the regular August Primaries while being registered Independent.

PLEASE tell everyone you know (except Bushy types)!

“I”m also very impressed with Dr. Carson”

So you are for:

1. Letting every illegal alien stay and be put on a path to citizenship?
2. Restrict the types of weapons American citizens are allowed to own?
3. Do away with Medicare and replace it by giving each senior $2,000 to put in a savings account to pay toward the likely $10,000 to $20,000 annual health insurance premium they would face?

Yeh Carson is impressive. Not!

Cruz can’t get over 10% among republican voters.
How is he going to win in general with Rats and Indies voting? Do you seriously think Cruz’s oratory will transform the Rats into constitutional conservatives? Dream on! Yeah, I know reality is a bitter pill to swallow.

I’m sorry...but, “fearless” is NOT a word I would use to describe Doc Carson.

He seems like a very nice man, but his constant blinking and hand wringing, along with his somewhat effeminate sounding speech, is a bit creepy, to me.

I have a hard time understanding what he is saying, sometimes. Maybe it’s just me.

As always, your contempt for the Constitutional conservative is noted.

It isn't surprising, though, because here's the reality: you are a liberal who advocates for universal healthcare, so naturally you won't be drawn to support a conservative. When called on your socialized healthcare dreams, you pull out the whiny leftwing "because I have compassion" BS.

Just like the Romney pimpers of 2012, you never learn that the only way we win is WITH a conservative who is able to articulate why conservatism is the best way forward for everyone. Reagan did it; that's where the phrase Reagan Democrats came from. Running a moderate or a liberal always results in losing.

Some of you Trumpettes are getting comfortable enough to relax and let your liberal flag fly. But if you think it's the way to draw conservatives to support Trump, you better think again. It only serves to confirm to us that we've made the right decision to stay away from your Democrat hero.

I'm sticking with Cruz. You better get used to it.

Instead of writing the same out of context verbiage each time, answer my question! This is not about what I think, it is about analyzing senator Cruz’s chances of winning in general election. I have only 1 vote, what I think is not important. What voters think is crucial.

Again the question is......if Cruz can’t break 10% among republican voters, why would he do much better in general election with democrats and independents voting, and moderate republicans likely to stay home? Is your strategy based on Cruz’s oratory able to convert the democrats into constitutional conservatives?

Great questions. Many have been asking these same questions, of all. I like Cruz but just don’t get how he’ll win a general.

Your question was answered, so I suggest you re-read. But even if it hadn’t been, you don’t demand answers from me. Got it?

“I like Cruz but just don’t get how he’ll win a general.”

So when a poll comes up you like Cruz and would vote for Cruz but you think he can’t win. So because you think he can’t win, you cast your poll vote for X. The poll comes out and Cruz is in single digits or low doubles because all the people that would vote for Cruz and like Cruz DID NOT support Cruz in the very polls they cite as evidence that he is not doing well.

Is it not blatantly obvious here why this is a self fulfilling prophecy???

Actually, Norm...for me personally....it has more to do with what I see and hear from ALL of the candidates...on how I’ll vote.

Again, I just don’t see how or why Cruz isn’t polling higher. Especially above RINO Rubio and even Doc Carson. Hopefully, he’ll get a nice (deserving) post-debate lift.

I just explained why he isn’t polling higher. All the people that say they would vote for him here vote for someone else in the polls.

So they seem to be lying here when they say they would vote for him because they obviously won’t even vote for him in a poll. Thats what the facts show. They SAY they would vote Cruz and then don’t even in a poll, thus driving his numbers down. This is how we got Romney exactly.

Then people see low poll numbers and say “Well there ya go. he can’t even poll high so he can’t win and were gonna lose if we vote Cruz in the general.

Then a guy like Romney that no one supposedly wants does win the primary and everyone then has to go fear vote when they themselves eliminated the guy they would vastly prefer.

This is one of the reasons Trump polls so high. It’s safe to vote for Trump because all our FRiends are voting for trump. Not because many think hes the better man for the job. But because people think he can win where Cruz can’t.

If the people that prefered Cruz would reflect that with poll voting, it’s simple math Cruz’ poll numbers would improve vastly. And then all the herd animals would be saying “Cruz no matter what!” because they then think HE could win.

High school never ends Jane.

Wow thanks for letting me know, now not sure, I wanted a voice in that election, I was considering re-registering as a Dem to vote for Bernie over Hillary... LOL, figured best if I leave that alone.

I Did not read it that way on the county website... but it did not mention PPE or it did by those initials and I did not look into it further. That is something new this year right? I guess so the decision is not already made when we vote in August?
