A two-page handwritten manifesto found in the pocket of Faisal Mohammad, the 18-year-old student who stabbed four people at a California college on Wednesday, details his specific plans for his murder spree.
The deadly declaration included a numerical list of names of targets and how he wanted them to die — including beheading, cops said.
“No. 27 was to ‘make sure people are tied down,’ No. 28 was ‘sit down and praise Allah,’†Merced County Sheriff Vern Warnke Warnke told FoxNews.com.
“I remember seeing four or five times, scribbled on the side of the two-page manifesto, where he wrote something like ‘praise Allah,’†Warnke said.
However, police said that Mohammad, a computer science and engineering major at University of California Merced, does not appear appear to have had a religious or political agenda.

Where was little Faisal born? News reports say he went to high school in Santa Clara, CA. Does anyone know his family’s story?
I will put down money that Obama will claim five years from now that there were no successful terrorist attacks on his watch.

I searched his name and found a 55 yr old Anestheiologist named Faisal Abdul Muhammad who used to live in Santa Clara (now nearby). That guy (possibly his father) went to the Sindh Medical College in Karachi Pakistan.
Obviously, the media is purposely not investigating his family or their immigration story, or they would have his family identified in minutes.
There may be media policy about identifying family, possibly to avoid lawsuits. Or maybe the Federal authorities who have taken over the investigation have invoked some kind of national security restriction.
